Azuka blushed brightly as the older wolf twined their tails together. He made an almost derp face while thinking for a moment. "Better get going to camp, to see if they need anything. I'll race ya, last one there is rotten prey!" He made a b-line for camp, running fast his muscle contracting and bunching together which shone on the outside of his pelt.

Name:

Meet Delta, or Del to his friends. This is a rowan coloured maned wolf that was raised by a traditional tribe which decorate animals with letters and words of their own origin. This fact explains his unique golden patterning across his brow, shoulder, tail and flank. However, it doesn't explain the phenomenon of his wings!

Gender:

Delta is 100% and completely male. He never acts/behaves like a fea unless it's in the name of fun.

Age:

Del is in the prime of his life at 3 years of age and that makes him an adult. It enables him to take up a role in the pack which I'll reveal next...

Rank:

Due to his sleek coat, long legs and muscular frame, Del is a scout. He runs for hours on end across the territory, without even stopping to take a drink. His amazing build enables him to do this constantly; up until the hours in the noon he gets a rest.

Powers:

Delta has two powers; Firstly, his eyes change colour depending on the mood he is in i.e. angry - red calm - blue etc. However, he can also fly, I mean, check out those wings!

Personality:

He is a boyish character, always showing off to earn his place among them; yet behind this opaque mask, Del's petrified. Petrified of everything - loosing everthing, being disrespected and being betrayed again. At first, he very quiet and timid but will most likely grow to be loyal and very talkative. This may lead you astray to believe that he's fairly naive, weak but just don't go there. Despite this Del does have some weaknesses, like his laid back attitude, upfront disposition and - above all - his misjudged replies.

History(Optional):

As a pup, Delta lived with his father - Ice - and his mother, Milly. He was the only pup to live through the winter of that year but got pup-napped; leaving his mother who was weak from birth and his father, scarred by the fight. Del's captor - a horrible, cruel poacher - was ambushed by a local tribe that protected the wolves of the valley. Delta was given his name and taken in; until they released him back to the wild pack he'd once known.

I smiled and nodded. "We ought to get back to camp. It's getting very late." I said as I felt the chilling wind ruffle my fur. My wings shifted around a bit and I smiled to Thorne.

-- Pausing and crouching low to the ground, Delta let a cheeky grin cross his rowan coloured face. The brute leaped high into the air, powerful hind legs exploding as he unleashed them. Unfolding his broad wings as he reached a peak, Delta manipulated the air flow and used it to soar into the air. When he flew, the brute tried not to flap his wings but glide as it wasted valuable energy; today was no different. As he flew across the sky, Delta looked out for some of his favourite places - something he often did as he flew. However duty called and as he dropped into camp he reported any messages to whom it concerned. Turning to face Mayka, Delta padded forwards, Hey.

Thorne nodded agreeing with Jitter. She made her way to him and leaned against him. "That's right. Pup Sparrow, love is wonderful and it applies for everyone. As my mate Jitter has said, the heart wants what the heart wants, no matter what it is"
