Lexa hissed as she ran in Haukua's direction. She looked at Haukua's face and grimaced. "It's only a few small scratches, and they aren't deep" she said. "Do you want something for that?" she asked gathering up the herbs they had already collected. "I have some elderberry that will treat the wound incase of infection and I have some ginger that I can mash up into a paste to help treat the pain..." she continued. Lexa started making a remedy for Haukua and continued to look worriedly at her.

wah-yahs laugh echoed behind her as she ran

Lexa roared back at wah-yah in anger and then continued to make the remedy. She threw another furious lok in wah yah's direction.

Dance I looked around me, I had lost track of Wah-yah. I went searching for her.

Night I got up from my slumber and started to walk, after a mile or so I came accross the sent of a lion or two, I persued them, making sure they could hear me comming.

After Lexa was done healing Haukua she gathered up the herbs and took them back to her den. She was still angry at wah yah for attacking her Haukua.

Lani got up slowly and went into the forest, searching for aloe and any other plant that would help heal her shoulder. She laughed soflty to herself, 'I guess apprenticing under a healer for a short while finally paid off', she thought. As she looked around, Lani found some herbs and made a paste, smashing the herbs together on a rock with her paws. She swallowed the remedy and then felt the pain slowly subsiding. After lapping some of the paste onto her shoulder she set off to protect the borders again. Unfamiliar scents crossed her nose and she quietly headed in their direction.
