Rainkit's beautiful silver pelt grew prickly and her whiskers twitched as a new presence entered the camp. She side-glanced over to the entrance and felt her heart stop as she recognized Bandit's figure. With a slight gasp, Rainkit ducked her head and squeezed her eyes shut as she tried to figure out why she felt all tingly when Bandit was around. She felt the same feeling when Bravekit's pelt slightly brushed hers aswell. But, the silvery she-cat didn't feel that way around any of her other Clanmates. Confused, she turned to her dad, Did Ashfeather feel that way about Mixdream? Ashfeather meerly smiled at her before looking back up at the meeting. Rainkit wrinkled her brow. I shouldn't feel that way about him, he obviously doesn't like me from the way he acts! She thought, feeling that same firey anger build back up inside her chest. It was like the kit had two Starclan Warriors on her shoulder, well one from the Darkforest and the other from Starclan. The Darkforest Warrior told her to hold a grudge against Bandit and hate him for his rude remarks, but the Starclan Warrior tells her to forgive Bandit and accept her feelings for the handsome tom. Feeling tormented by her contridicting consicence, the pretty she-cat need some room to breathe. Rainkit loked back up, but was shocked to see that Bandit had vanished. Now Rainkit was really confused. "Riverpaw, please step forward." Good, Jaystar was still calling Apprentices out to recieve their Warrior Names, she still had time. "I'll be back." Rainkit whispered to Bravekit, "Stall for me if I don't get back in time please." She added more quietly, her Bondi blue eyes darted from his in slight embarresment before she sunk silently away from the meeting and out into the forest. Fallen leaves beside the river's edge crackled noisly under Rainkit's silky white paws as she walked beside it, she didn't bother to remain quite, for she knew no one was around to hear her. The silvery she-cat's pelt looked like it belonged twheo the river, the way it seemed to ripple beautifuly in unision with the river's waves as she padded beside it. Rainkit stopped when a fallen tree lay across the river, smiling at the little sound the water made as it slapped against the log. Delicately, Rainkit leaped ontop of the branch, moving with agility as she padded to the middle. She sat down, and felt herself grow at ease as the birds chirped their calming songs, the water flowed freely around her, and as the breeze danced through her silky fur.
