Missy growled lowly when she saw the Human grabbing other dogs. She quickly nudged Brett awake, realizing how big he was now, and that he might soon be chosen to fight. Panic gripped her as it always did when she thoguht of her pup being hurt. She shook her head and whispered. "Brett, wake up. Now. Get up."

"What?" Brett said quietly, blinking away the sleep from his large, trusting eyes. He stood up and was roughly the same size as his mother. Brett saw the Human and growled, baring his teeth. Now his amber eyes were filled with hatred.

Apollo snarled at the wired fence that was too high to climb and was dug very far under ground. Not to mention impossible to break through, He thought as he hurled himself at the fence over again. By this time, he was used to the pain he inflicked in himself by charging at the fence every so often. The nasty owner would give him heck for beating himself up, but Apollo didn't care. All he cared about, was getting out. Living the life he dreamed about instead of fighting other dogs unnecessarly. He looked around the golden cage, and began pacing the length of the cage, like he always did. His paws slide into the tracks that had ingrated themselves into the dirt, from Apollo's endless pacing. He didn't want this to happen. The wolf in him was beganing to take over, and his thrist for blood getting larger with each dog he battled. But, he didn't want that to happen. Sure he liked being a wolf and all, but he also enjoyed being the Collie he was. He wanted to be with a family that would raise him proper. He remembered the story his mother would tell his sibleings when they were young. SHe would tell them about the owners who had ownered her. They had been nice, but one day couldn't afford her as the city around them had become broke. So the owners of this place had taken her, and destroyed her life. Apollo shook his mother from his thoughts, not wanting to think of her. She had been killed by another dog, and that dog too, was dead now. Apollo had killed him, wanting revenge for his mother's death. But he wished he hadn't. He soon found out after, that he too had pups that he would often see. Apollo slammed into the iron fence, making the mermory disapper. He growled at himself, not wanting to think of his old mermories. I have to think of now, today, not the past! Apollo now sat down, peering out of his cage with his black and ice blue eye. He glismped other dogs, and the owner feeding some. If Apollo listened very carefully, he could even find dogs fighting in the ring that was behind the kennels across the way. But I can't only escape myself! I have to help the others too. They need a second chance for a new life too. Not only me. If I need to, I'll stay behind so they can be free. Apollo thought, getting back up and pacing again.

Bella:

Something just occured to Bella. "Jet, try and squeeze through the bars." she said to her pup.

Jet:

Jet, a determined look in his eyes, squeezed his head through the bars. He tryed to pull himself through further, but he was stuck. He yelped in panic, wrigling. He realized that his mother was trying to calm him, but he was panicking too much to register what she said. "Jet!" she barked, snapping him out of it. "Inhale deeply, and walk forwards." He did as his mother asked, sucking in a deep breath of air. He felt the bars that restrained him loosen considerably, and he was reunited with his mother once again. She covered him in frantic licks and he whined happily.

Rozlynn's eyes were full of panic. She was trapped in a cage and had no clue where Akela was, she was like a mother to him. The scary part was she couldn't see him. Or anyone. It was a small cage, with a few airholes. He put her cage and a few others on a wagon and threw them under a tree while he got the rest.

Bella:

Bella snarled at the man, as he opened her cage and stuck the pole in. She shoved Jet behind her, her teeth exposed and her hackles raised. The man lunged, looping the pole around her neck. She snarled and barked furiously, trying to attack him. She was shoved in a cage, with almost no light. She barked madly, clawing and biting the cage with her strong jaws. She bent the bars a little with her teeth, but that hardly did her any good, accept give her may cuts across her mouth and muzzle from the broken wire.

Jet:

Jet yapped at the human, but the man merely grabbed him by the scruff and threw him roughly into a cage. He could hear his mother's barking next to him. He whined, uncomfortable in the enclosed space.

Rozlynn yells to Akela, who is probably in a cage near her, "Akela"?????.

Akela answers, "yeah?" and then whimpers. He's become attached to Rozlynn and everyone, and hates being alone.
