"Well sorry about that stuff." Amber shifted uncomfortably, and glanced around the tree. Amber spotted something weird in it sitting on a tree branch. She climbed a bit higher and found a round red ball. "Heh, guess it must have been stuck around here." Amber swatted it gently and it fell down and bounced into the forest, causing mass rustling. Amber glanced down at Ghostfang, and and carefully stepped on a branch, then another, slowly working her way down. After a bit, Amber reached the middle and jumped down, landing on her paws, though it hurt slightly. "Come on down here!" she called.

Ghostfang looked up, watching Amber climb up the tree, he felt his tail twitch, but then watched a red ball fall down into the forest and watched the she-cat carefully pick her way down. Ghostfang followed her but jumped down from branch to branch."Hold your whiskers I'm coming, I'm coming."The grey tom called after the she-cat. When he got to the lowest branch he slid his front paws down slightly before pushing off with his hind legs, landing squarely on his paws and made his way over to Amber's side.

Amber flicked her tail and sat down. "Needed to get off the tree," she said, trailing off. "So, I've heard of Gatherings you guys have. What do you do? Out of curiosity I mean." Amber said, nervously flexing her claws.

Ghostfang sat down next to Amber and looked at her when she asked the question about gatherings and thought for a good couple minutes. "Well..gatherings are where all the clans meet in one place in piece once every full moon, every full moon there is a truce set by StarClan, our warrior ansectors. At that gathering before the leaders begin their announcements the cats are allowed some time to just socalize with the other clans, same with sometimes after the announcements depending on if any of the clans are heated up or angered by what one leader had to say. All cats gather around this giant rock that all the clan leaders sit on. They give out news on how their clan is and what all happened, but leaders sometimes will give out a little white lie to keep from the other clans thinking them as weak." He explained, remembering his own expierences at gatherings.

"Well, no one likes to show weakness after all. So I suppose that's expected. Have fights ever broken out in Gatherings?" Amber licked her ruffled chest fur.

[grizzly.]

Ghostfang thought for a few moments before shaking his head. "It's gotten close a few times, since I've been around, which isn't that long, but as far as I know, we've only gotten close a few times to a fight." The grey tabby mewed, curious to why Amber was so interested in gatherings. "Why are you so interested in gatherings?" He mewed, curiosity buzzing through his head.

"I've seen a few before, but have never been close enough to find out what's going on. Though I've heard some bits of information. And I like to know everything.." Amber murmured, her yellow eyes looking at the ground. "I suppose I need to go and hunt, and before you say anything about stealing your prey, I hunt somewhere else." Amber stood up, her gray tufted ears alert to any move that Ghostfang made.

SpottedStar licked her fur as she stared at Amber and GhostFang.

Ghostfang watched Amber get up before he pushed himself up to his paws, looking at Amber. For some reason he didn't want the loner to leave, she had been a cat that he was able to actually talk to like a normal cat.

Amber looked at Ghostfang, her yellow eyes curious and searching. "I suppose I'll see you later, Ghostfang.." she said, then turned around. With a careful look around, Amber walked east, toward the border of FernClan territory. Each pawstep the she-cat made was quiet, so she was able to sneak past some rough badgers. Amber stepped off the forest brush and into a creek. Amber waited for a fish to come by. Amber then flicked a paw into the water, and scooped at fairly plump fish. Amber quickly killed it, then ate. It was a pretty deceny meal anyway. Amber shook her gray paw from the water, making a face.
