Jenna stood up and frowned. "They don't tell me what to do!" she growled. "But I'm not leaving." she added quickly and followed the german shepherd. "So what do you have in mind, champ?" she asked after a few minutes.

Charlie grinned mischeviously as he looked at the Shiba Inu. "How about we go annoy the butcher?" He grinned even more "It's really fun"

Shimmer woke up nearly an hour later. When she opened her eyes she found that the world was spinning and she was hot. "Water..." she said, desperation her voice. She stood, her paw feeling slightly better, except it was now swollen. She limped out of the alleyway and began her search for water.

Jenna glanced at where the butcher was standing and she laughed. "That one's easy." she boasted and ran down towards the butcher's shop. She stopped outside the window and started barking loudly. A short fat man came out with a red and white apron and shouted at Jenna. "Get away you mutt!" he was shouting over and over. Jenna barked and ran around him in circles.

Rowan padded away from the food place with a small whimper, seeing that no one cared for a dog likas big and tough-looking as him. He soon found an alley with several garbage cans and decided to look for some food there. He knocked over each garbage can individually and the lid fell off with a crashing sound. He nosed his way through the rubbish and found several traces of twoleg table scraps. He ate them hungrily and moved on to the next garbage can. Once he was finished, he padded away and back into the streets.

Scarlett calmly trotted down an alley way and bound up to a dumpster. She hopped on top of it with one slick stride and easily slid the metal lid off with her snout, making a loud clattering noise on the ground. The shepherd ignored the noise and stuck her nose into the garbage. She licked her lips and pulled out a half-eaten chicken. She tossed it onto the concrete ground and jumped off the bin. She licked the meat and smiled before taking a large bite.

Shimmer heard the trashcan lid clatter against the cement and imediately her curiousity was aroused. She started walking towards the sound until she stumbled upon Scarlett. With a whimper she took a step back, but snapped a twig in half.

Scarlett twitched her half-cropped ears as she heard a snapping sound from behind her. She swiftly darted round to see another dog, she couln't quite judge the breed. [must be a cross] she thought to herself and she stood tall but with her ears perked atentively to this female dog and showed no aggression just yet. She took a small step forward and barked. "Who are you?" she asked, not exactly in a friendly tone but with no anger or fear.

"Same to you, I'm S-Shimmer." she said in as much of an emotionless voice as possible. But inside she was kind of scared, she didn't want to be semi-attacked again. And this time she couldn't really make a speedy getaway, not with her paw.

Scarlett looked the unknown breed up and down and she noticed something wrong with her paw. "What happened to your paw?" she asked in a atentive tone, deliberately ignoring her first question.

"It was an accident." Shimmer said, ashamed of her wound. Even more afraid than ashamed because now this stranger had almost absolute power over her now. "Who are you?" Shimmer asked in her semi-fierce voice.
