Hai Shiba & everybody :3 I just added this picture 'cause it's from a manga I'm currently reading and I thought it fitted the storyline well. They have wings and everything! I hope you like my characters...

History: Mai was born being almost blind, and it was predicted by the healer who delivered her that she would lose her eyesight completely by the age of 4. She lived in the pack her whole life and grew up being teased by the other pups because of her clumsiness & shy nature, which were both due to her poor eyesight. Her parents both died when she was at the young age of 8 months old because they were both warriors and died in a gruesome battle against the evil pack. She wanted to become a healer very badly ever since because of her desire to help injured warriors and was so happy when she got the chance to start learning under the top healer's wing. By the time Mai was 1 year old she didn't need help from others at all anymore like she previously had due to her poor eyesight, because she had trained herself to use her other senses like her hearing and smell, and they were much more advanced than the average wolf's. She insisted from then on to never be pitied by other wolves, because she could still make out some blurred dark shapes every now & and she was skilled at using all of her other senses.
Personality: She's very sweet natured and has an innocent, but she can be terribly shy.

History: After meeting the beautiful Selenna that he loved dearly (see Selenna's history) Carlos travelled with her through mysterious forests and valleys until they found the 2 rival packs. The good pack welcomed them with open arms and Carlos felt like he was about to spend of the rest of his life filled with happiness. But Carlos started to notice changes in Selenna... and he got worried when he found out that she had been sneaking off at night. So one night he followed her and saw her go onto the evil pack's territory, and he was shocked at what he saw. The evil pack was surrounding her, chanting words in another language and beginning a satanic ritual to turn her into one of them, and she was letting them. He wanted to jump out from his hiding place and stop it but the pack would rip him to pieces. He saw Selenna's eyes roll to the back of her head as she looked up at the dark sky and cried out in pain and her beautiful feathered wings turned into bat ones. He fled from the scene with a broken heart. Ever since he has been a real player but he secretly never got over Selenna.
Personality: A brave/courageous wolf, a bit cocky & flirty

History: Brought up in the evil pack, Jynx always had a taste for all things dark, morose & disturbed, especially since her parents commited a suicide ritual that has made her feel even more intrigued by the dark mysteries of the afterlife. Basically the only different thing about her is that she's... well, different. The oddities about her make her hated by some... but loved by others like her. You know who you are, if there are any of you that is. That is all.

And endless fortune~'' She sang, as the crowd of mostly males crowded the rather large area. The leftover human curtains from years ago, covered a part of it, behind it, was the so-called 'backstage'. It was a old human nightclub, with vines growing on the walls and the shattered windows as the 'doors'. The normal human doors were hanging off their hinges and the nightclub was crooked. Around the very old stage that looked like it was about to break any minute, there were countless seats and tables of which the large group of males sat. A lot of flowers flew as whistles filled the air. Carlos sighed happily as he watched. This was his first time to the 'club', and...uhm...uh. It was pretty good, to him at least. As Selenna sang she came nose to nose with Carlos. After a few words her head went back up as she danced around.

Carlos was surprised and...amused...by this action. As she finished the song, claps went all around. Well, not exactly, because everyone was four-legged, but they made claps in anyway they could. Most barked instead of smacking their paws on the table to clap. Or they hit their tails on the ground up & down. She winked at the group before going behind the curtain. Carlos was about to leave with everyone else, but he was turned around by a tail only to find Selenna. His heart started to beat fast. ''Hey you...come back here.'' Selenna purred, before leading him backstage...then they fell in love. (no. they didn't...you know. :P)
After a few days, Carlos and Selenna split up, both joining different packs. (see Carlos' history for more)

Personality: Selenna is a tough girl, though shes not exactly the meanest in the bunch. She has a soft spot for shy people. She's fiery and cocky, but rather sweet once you get to know her.
Other: Under my wings & tell me if the history is a little weird. Biddy and me had the awesome idea xD.

Halo's eyes widened and ears pricked tall when she heard Lyra's call. A KillanBear? Oh no. I have to hurry! She thought anxiously. Spreading out her huge purple wings, she raced over the cliff she had just been hunting at. Her feathers rippled and shook against the weight of the wind, but she used it to her advantage and was soon diving closer to the forest, in search of those dreaded yellow eyes and the scents of her pack mates. She found them almost as soon as she had started scouting them out. She landed quietly on a tree above the bear, pulling in her wings without a sound, calculating the distance between her and its large neck. She took a deep breath, and her legs shook a little. She had to admit: she was terrified, but she knew terror would only make her chance of taking the bear down to help the others finish it off less possible. She positioned herself and jumped, falling off the tree like a bullet and aiming for the bear's scruff. She felt her teeth connect and held on for her life.

Shane heard a cry in the air, followed by another cry for a healer. I hope the healer doesn't get there in time. He thought acidly. He imagined a clearing strewn with Lrya's wolves and the KillanBear towering above them all roaring in victory, blood staining its lethal muzzle and sharp claws. The thought made him grin maniacally. He raised his nose to scent the air and noticed that Seth and his son, Ronno, weren't far off.

Shougi's ears pricked as he heard a call... Lyra's call! Beating his wings rapidly, he took off into the sky, heading towards the sounds of the howl and the KillianBear. He saw the scene, the other warriors seemed to be taking care of the KillianBear, so he quickly bounded over to where Lyra lay. "Lyra!" he gasped, "Are you okay?" Without waiting for an answer, he dashed off and found some herbs. Quickly smearing them on her wounds, he lifted her smaller body gently onto his back and took her away from the scene, turning his head to see if the others would be alright.

Ronno decided to check the scene once again, only to find Shougi taking her away. A immature growl rumbled, and his inner self only needed to say one word.
Go.
With that he flew up, making his way to ambush Shougi & Lyra. He rammed into the bigger and older male, his wings beating fast to not fall to his death, since he was pretty high up. ''Grahhh!'' Ronno uttered. If he was successful, Lyra would fall, and hit the ground.

Carlos heard the call to attack the KillanBear, so he flew to the scene with his paws just a few inches off the ground, dodging trees in the process. He got to the scene in time to see the other warriors having a brawl with the bear and Halo leaping from a tree onto it. Because he was on the ground Carlos latched onto one of the bear's tree-trunk sized legs and bit into it as hard as he could, shaking his head as he did so to tear the skin and growling like a manic beast. Whenever Carlos fights he always is very strong-willed & will do whatever it takes to protect the pack.

Mai heard Lyra's cry and could smell Shougi's scent leave & the sounds of his flapping wings get further and further away. [i]Well I wasn't asked to come but... it wouldn't hurt for Shougi to have an extra pair of paws, and I want to help Lyra in any way I can[i] she thought. So she flew in the direction of Shougi's scent cautiously. She could still follow the scent while she flew closer to the ground, her paws skimming across tree tops. As the scents of Shougi & Lyra grew much stronger below, Mai flew a bit lower to the ground towards the dull shapes that had their scents.
"Shougi... do you need any help?" she called out but her voice was so shy and quiet she wasn't sure if he would've heard her or not. Suddenly she heard a battle cry from a young wolf and could just make out a shape flying towards them with the other pack's scent. She was so startled it made her wings shaky as the young rival wolf tackled Shougi, she could make out the shapes of Shougi being tackled & Lyra about to fall.
"NO!" she cried and flew towards the falling dull shape she saw, and flew underneath her so Lyra landed on her back. Mai sighed with relief, but found it hard to hold Lyra's weight with her weak frame so she slowly flew down to the ground. "Are you alright?" Mai asked Lyra once they were on the ground.

Jynx Plum sat on a rock in one of the valleys in her pack's territory. She had overheard from her pack mates earlier that the other pack was being attacked by a KillanBear, and the delightful news made her smile maliciously. She licked her lips as she imagined the pack laying dead in a pool of blood at the KillanBear's strong claws. Sometimes she wished that she was a KillanBear herself, so that she could cause more destruction. She sighed, wishing there was a bit more chaos going on at the moment in the pack. She stretched out her enormous bat wings and then flew back to camp.

Shougi let out a yelp of surprise as the young wolf hammered into him. "What the-?" He was too late, Lyra was already plummeting down as he caught himself, beating his wings rapidly to gain his composure. Relief flooded through him as Mai caught Lyra and he rounded on the wolf that had tackled him. Noticing the wolf was very young, he flew up to it intimidatingly. "What are you doing here?" he snarled, bristling his red and white fur.

Shane heard Ronno's young battle cry and snorted. "He is going to get himself killed if he goes into the heart of Lyra's pack like that. Idiot." He hissed. Stretching out his bat wings, he jumped into the air, still reveling in his fantasy of Lyra's wolves lying dead at the feet of the KillanBear. He returned to camp at a leisurely pace, not wanting to help Ronno. After all, how would he gain from that? Maybe Seth would promote him, but that was unlikely. Instead, he flew lower and lower until the camp was visible, pulling in his dark wings and landing with a heavy thud onto the ground. He saw Jynx Plum and nodded briefly to her.

Halo smelled Ronno's scent and snarled through her mouthful of the KillanBear's pelt. It tasted foul,, fouler than anything she had ever had the misfortune of experiencing. She fought the urge to gag and wretch, instead biting down harder. She tasted the acrid tang of blood and smiled in feral satisfaction. She heard Carlos arrive and hoped that with the arrival of one more wolf, the demonic bear could finally be taken down.

Ronno snarled at Mai, wanting to attack again but he knew that would be foolish, he would get himself killed. With a final growl he quickly made his way back to Seth's territory without responding to the other. Ronno knew that if he stayed there too long, they would take the Killianbear down and go after him.

Selenna was just talking a stroll, which was something she didn't usually do, when she heard the fight scene. Sighing, she decided to take a look. It amused her to see a fight every once and a while, even if it meant going on the other pack's territory. She froze as Selenna saw a sight she had not seen in quite a while. Pushing away the memories and feelings, she shook her head and tried to keep her eyes off of..C..c...ugh, was she really that bad? Could she not even spit his name out anymore? Her heart leaped as she watched, and even though she tried not too, she couldn't drift her eyes away from the male.
