Zanu nodded. "I bit his neck and throat. Gave him a scratch on the muzzle." Zanu recalled from his memory. He hope Kira didn't tell Matrix. That would make him feel even worse. Zanu shrugged. "Nothing deadly." Zanu looked at Zahra who had now laid down in the den.

Zofara put her ears back up, "He did something that could've gotten he killed he's one of the bravest wolves I've ever met," she said.

"I agree with you, Zofara, he is." Lupe said. "I'm going to go talk to Zahra, see if I can calm her down any."

[Fauna]

Zanu raised his ears. "You really think so?" Zanu looked at Zofara. "Let's change the subject, so how do I look in your mind?" Zanu asked. He thought about how she thought he looked and how the others looked. "You must have an image of everyone in your head."

Zahra raised her head to see Lupe, Zofara, and Zanu talking.

"I can only see in my dreams, your like a light tan color with silver & blueish specks around your face and back," Zofara said. "You also have brown eyes, Zahra looks the same. Kira looks white, silver, and black, & Lupe is a blueish color," she said.

When Lupe seen Zahra lift her head she padded over, leaving Zanu and Zofara to their conversation. "Why'd you freak so bad?'' Lupe asked Zahra, truely curious.

[Fauna]

Zanu tilted his head. 'What about Matrix?" Zanu thought his name made him seem like a large black wolf but that was just Zanu's thoughts. Zahra rested her head on her paws still trying to calm down. She shouldn't have been angry with Zanu but she couldn't help wanting to protect him. "He's my only family left, I can't just let his life slip through my paws."

"Gray, white, black, & silver," Zofara said dlicking her ears.
