(Sparrow, if she hated him, how is it that they had kits if it wasn't force-bred? Because that's strictly against the rules, you know.)

Ashwhisker blinked. "You sure?" he asked quietly. "I wouldn't mind."

Snowstar purred in amusement. "I know you wouldn't" she giggled a bit, licking his cheek. "Il come see you if I can't sleep, okay?" she smiled, brushing his cheek gently with her smooth, fluffy tail. Her sparkling emerald green eyes rested lovingly on her mate. "I love you so much" she mewed, almost in a whisper. Purring, she nuzzled his neck, letting her eyes close and calmness sweep over her.

[Cloudsong]

"I love you more," Ashwhisker laughed, nuzzling her back. "I'll keep hunting, and I'll go check on you later." He licked her cheek. "Sleep well." He stretched, scenting the air for prey. "If you need me, I'll be out here. Don't hesitate to come out." He would be thrilled if she decided to join him; he loved her company.

[Africa.]

Snowstar grinned, purring. "Thanks, good luck hunting" she smiled, licking his cheek one last time before trotting off, feeling dreamy. What seemed like heartbeats later, she was sinking into her nest and closing her eyes. Her bones ached on her mind felt numb. She was exhausted, but sleep never seemed to come. Every now and then she'd get a few minutes of sleep, but then she'd wake up again.

[Cloudsong]

Ashwhisker trotted off, his mouth open as he scented the air for prey. He soon caught scent of a sparrow, and stalked towards it, killing it swiftly. Silently he buried it, looking around for more.
He caught another mouse, and lost a squirrel and a vole. With a sigh, he turned towards the camp, feeling that he hadn't hunted very well today. I'm too distracted. After all; he was going to be a father! He purred slightly, thinking about Snowstar. He was lucky to have her.

[Africa.]

Snowstar finally desided to look in her nest. She rummaged through, squinting to see in the pale dusk light. It wasn't easy, but she managed. Finally she saw the probleme. There it was, a large thorn where her haunch usually was. She sighed in relief and yanked it out, then curled back into her nest. After awhile, she managed an uneasy sleep as she woke up every now and then, but fell asleep again.

(Cloudy, i am not trying to start a fight. But I think that nether parent should be eader. A leader should have 1 purpos only, to serve his or her clan, but with kits you have 2 ans the kits, of cours, would always come first. Why is it such a problem that another cat steps in as leader intil Snowstar's kits are 6 moons?)
