flame looked up "well lets go get food, i was waiting till you got up!" flame snaped

flame rooled her eyes, she was in a bad mood today " fine, go hunting by her self, i was trying to be nice and go hunting with you" flame barked and she turned to leave

Baxter is your average, sterotypical street dog. In a nutshell, he is clever, street-smart, persuasive, self-centered, tough, and very flirty around females he deems worthy of his attention. He is clever and smart when it comes to survival, but lacks all other intelligence. He is extremely narcissistic, thinking that he is the most important dog on earth, and perfectly fine with the fact that he loves himself too much. He has the tendancy to flirty around females, whether he knows them or not, doing his best to gain their attention. On the outside, he is tough, and is perfectly capable of defending himself. But on the inside, he is actually quite sensitive.

History:
Not much is known about Baxter's past, as he has never told a soul about it and doesn't intend to. Baxter used to be a house dog that lived with an elderly couple for the first 3 years of his life, 3 years before the disease had spread. Baxter had loved his owners dearly, and they felt the same way. But a few months after his 3 "birthday", Baxter sensed that the old man had gotten sick, and it was only a week afterward that the old woman had realized it was serious. The old man, his immune system so weak, had gotten the disease. He had been rushed to the hospital, and it had only took a matter of weeks before he died. The old woman, now shaken and depressed by the death of her husband, had no one to take care of her anymore. And so when one day she went to a retirement home, reluctantly leaving her beloved dog behind.
Baxter still grieves for his old owners to this very day.

Despite her size, Anika is a very tough, sassy little dog with that "won't take your crud" attitude. She has the tendancy to act superior around dogs she hasn't seen before or dogs she knows haven't been on the streets much, and isn't usually very nice to other dogs in general. If you do get on her good side, or somehow manage to gain her respect, she'll be somewhat nice, though she can't help her sarcastic and rude nature. She hates it when male dogs flirt with her, unless she has a crush on them, which isn't likely to happen.

History:
Anika's history is closely related to Baxter's. Anika used to live in a house next to Baxter, and spent most of her days hanging around and talking to the English Shepard, despite the fact that he would flirt with her all the time. She lived with one man whom she loved very much, and whom she thought loved her back. One day, the man brought a woman into the house. She stayed there for a long time, and before Anika knew it the woman urgently left the house to go to a place that the man had called a hospital. They came back after a few days with a human pup slightly bigger than Anika was. The man and woman paid less attention to Anika and more attention to the pup. It was alone months afterward when the humans left again and returned with another pup. Things became complacated after that. One day, the man finally came up to her, picked her up, and put her in a strange device he said was a car. They drove away from the house, and kept driving until they came to a stop on the road. The man brought Anika out of the car, put her inside a box, and gave her a stroke on the head before getting back in his car and driving away.
Leaving a scared, lonely, and confused Anika wondering what she did wrong.
