"You don't have to be a loner! Stay in the clan! Maybe you can help Lurkpelt mentor me so you some thing to do. " she meowed almost begging for Peacockfeather to stay and not leave the clan.

Toad barely managed to stifle a terrified squeak as a cat strongly smelling of Clan stepped out of the bushes. The young she-cat's ears flattened and she automatically took a few paces back. A few fleeting thoughts of what to do raced through her head, but she couldn't force herself to move. She vaguely questioned her actions, knowing that this situation was possible, and that it was most likely the end for her. Yes, she was going to die. This thought hardened her face, and her body language changed to that of a stronger more confident cat. If she was going to die here and now she would stare death straight in the face.

Vineclaw looked at her not flinching." What are you doing here? Who are you?" He questioned the strange little cat. He let his fur lie flat so that he was his regular size with was still a little big. He looked at her waiting for a reply not moving his gaze from her.

Ashpaw started to back out of the den hoping that Lurkpelt could do a better job at convincing her to stay then she could. Once out side the den she sat down and looked at her clan mates in front of her.
