She smiled as he lick her face and kept limping slowly beside him.

David looked ahead " when we get back you should sleep " he suggested

Aaron sat her down under the tree " here chew on this " he said handing her a stick

Nyx grabbed the stick and chewed on it. "Aaron, I think they are coming." She said in pain.

Nokama yawned as they walked and nodded her head,"Yeah, that sound like a good idea." She said.

David smiled and layer eye down in their den and he payed down next to her and yawned

Nyx woke up later and smiled as four little pups bodies huddled next to her for warmth. She licked each one of their heads.
