"You wouldn't believe me" meowed Leopardfur with sadness in her voice. "Plus, you'll probably hate me more" she said sighing and sitting down. Why must the world be this way?? Thought Leopardfur as she looked back at the tom. Is it even allowed in the warrior code? And without the warrior code would he truly kill me? Leopardfur froze, she was scared to admit her secret, but even more if she told. Would it just push them further away?

Lioncall

Lioncall rolled his eyes then got up, "Why am I wasting my breath? Go back home before someone else kills you. I'll bet you'll be killed by Quickpaw first. Your mangy clan-mates murdered her pregnant sister." Lioncall snarled, suddenly furious at the fact that Featherflight was newly pregnant and had told very few cats because she wanted to fight in the battle. He spun around, walking away once again. He couldn't bear to see any more FeatherClan cats. They murdered a beautiful pregnant she-cat for no reason.

"I'm sorry! I just came to see you" Meowed Leopardfur admittingly. "Ever since I've seen you in Battle" she meowed knowing he could figure out the rest of the sentence. She sighed, he was blaiming her. But was it her fault? "I love you" she whispered with a tang or relief. She felt as if her whole body was getting hot, as if her fur was on fire. Her green eyes quickled dropped to her paws not knowing what would happen next.

Lioncall

Lioncall stopped in his tracks, unsure how to respond. His ears twitched and he stood still for a moment, unable to register the words he was hearing.
Love. It went through his head a couple times and his mind buzzed, thoughts of his past flooding back.

'Lionpaw! Throw it over here!' Sparrowpaw yowled as Lionpaw tossed his friend the little moss ball. It sailed through the air and she caught it neatly in her mouth, giggling.
'I dare you to go look over the gorge!' Lionpaw laughed, pointing towards the canyon a few feet away. Sparrowpaw shook her head.
'Mommy said it's dangerous.' Sparrowpaw mewled.
'No! You're just scared!' Lionpaw teased. Sparrowpaw shook her head again, racing to the edge of the gorge and peering over. Lionpaw shoved her lightly and she let out a squeal of terror as he caught her scruff and pulled her back from the edge.
'You tried to kill me!' Sparrowpaw snapped, shaking and scared.
'I would never try to kill you Sparrowpaw... I love you.' He whispered into her ear.

He snapped back to reality, shaking his head. Sparrowpaw died not so long after- killed by a FeatherClan patrol.

"Lioncall? Lioncall" meowed Leopardfur unaware of what just happened. Is he alright? She asked herself. Knowing she had made a big fool of herself she thought it would be best to leave. "Nice talking to you" she meowed sarcasticly as she slowly walked off limping. "Oh these Burrs" she complained romoving one from her pad.

Rosepaw

Rosepaw bounded out of camp, glad to get away from the sad scene located there. She followed Nightclash deep into the woods before opening her mouth and trying to scent anything.
"I smell... a squirrel." Rosepaw smiled, looking up at her mentor with satisfaction. She was only aiming to please and she hoped she could do so. Nightclash seemed tough to win the approval of but Rosepaw wanted to try her very best.

Lioncall

Lioncall turned to her, watching as she limped off, her mind buzzing of sudden thoughts of Skycall as well. What's going on with my life...? He asked himself.
"Come back tomorrow." Lioncall couldn't believe the words that had just slipped out of his mouth. By offering this, he was going to break the Warrior Code. If someone caught him, his chances of ever being deputy would be ruined.
"Maybe join my clan and then we can talk. If not, I have no business to do with you." He nodded to her before walking in the opposite direction towards.

"Thank you" Leopardfur meowed limping off back home. A smile spread across her face as she did so. She couldn't believe her ears, but yet she didn't want to hurt him. Maby not coming tomorrow would be best so he could become deputy. A thing all cats knew he wanted, and he could get. She would have to go home.. But why? Shurly she could find a place to sleep on the edge of their territory or hers where the borders met.
