Inferno picked up the gull and leaned for the pup to ride.on his back through the deep snow.

Malik let out a yawn as he sprawled out along the river bank. He watched his sister, Sacha pad into the water and take a couple of sips. Sacha turned to look at Malik, but the concentrated on the river again. She was looking to see if there were any fish, she was rather hungry and loved to eat fish.

Malik closed his eyes for a split second, to make sure what he was seeing wasn't his mind playing tricks. Nope, there was a wolf on the other side of the river. He immediately rose to his paws, and growled, his tail stuck straight out and his fur along his back and neck stuck on end. Alarmed by her brother's sudden growl, Sacha turned to look up at him, then turned to the other side of the river to see what was alarming him. She too noticed the wolf, but having being raised and taught by one, she didn't mind the wolf being there.

Mishka laid beside the rocky falls at the south river. A soft sigh escaped her lips. She twitched her ears, listening to the sound of the water crashing down. The quiet, alone time was great. She softly smiled, and laid her head down to just relax.

Malik narrowed his eyes at the wolf, baring his teeth. The river was narrow where he and Sacha were, so it would be easy for any of the to cross, if they were to fight anyway. Sacha looked back down at the river, trying to ignore the growls. Eventually, she looked up and scented the air. Neither of them were near any pack's territory, so she knew that the wolf was probably a loner, so it wouldn't have any back-up, which was probably what Malik was afraid of. She cautiously made her way across the river, careful where she stepped. She couldn't swim that well, so tried to keep to the shallower parts.
