Shadowheart skid to a stop, her paws tearing up dirt as she stopped herself. She bounded over to the tree next to his and clawed her way up, disappearing amongst the leaves. She jumped over to his tree, a flash of white visible before she landed. She waited for him to make it to the top then barreled him over and pinned him.

Before Darkpelt could return a response to the she-cat, he heard Watersprout hiss at them. His eyes widened upon the hollow tree where the sound had come from, spotting Watersprout and her kits curled up, all looking unhappy. "Watersprout! What are you doing!?" He said, his voice a low growl. He was a bit taken aback by her sudden appearance, but relief that she was safe was almost immediately replaced with anger towards the she-cat.

He saw her angry reaction towards Bluetail, which was unconstituted and immature. "What in StarClan are you doing? Leave Bluetail alone, she didn't do anything to you! And quick running off, I hate this attention-seeking from you. It isn't healthy for any of us, especially your newborn kits! If you keep running around like this they won't survive much longer. Make up your mind where you belong, Watersprout, because I'm fed up with your attitude. I'm tired of this sad feeling I get in my stomach whenever someone leaves or gets badly injured. If you choose to come back to FeatherClan, great! But if not, stop bothering me. I don't want to ruin our friendship, which is all there is between us." He growled, his fur standing on end. He lashed the words out without regret, speaking exactly what was on his mind.

Alright this time Watersprout was fed up. She stomped out and showed herself. "Darkpelt Please! I love you, understand that now! I know you have never liked me in know way! We don't have a friendship anymore! You apparently hate me and my kits if you want us killed! I don't wanna die Darkpelt! Especially from Lighteningstar!" she cried scared and worried.

Oakstream licked her behind the ear playfully. "You know I would never do that!" he said assuring.

Bluetail watched as Watersprout appeared, and she wondered if the kittens were ok. But then again, Watersprout probably wouldn't let her near them, but she was frightened for them. She sat a little aways from the two cats talking.

"Watersprout...Why is it so black and white with you?" she asked, looking at neither of them and instead at the forest expanse ahead of her, "you claim to love Darkpelt, yet you say such mean things to him, and harm other cats. I don't care that you hate me, infact some of those feelings I do return to you most wholeheartedly. It's love or hate with you, and frankly I'm tired of second-guessing if you're going to leave for good tor gut me in my sleep,"

She gave the mentally-unbalanced she-cat a stare before looking back at the forest nonchalantly.
