Hazelpaw padded on with the rest of the patrol, her ear pricked for sounds of water. As she padded along, the fur on her back began to prickle; as if she was being watched. As casually as she could, she she a quick glane behind her, to have her eyes target her mentor, Ashenfire, and Spottedtail. The apprentice wasn't sure who it was, but she felt warm under who's ever gaze it was.

Ashenfire waited for Spottedtail and Dewpaw to catch up.
