Through the treetops she soared, looking over the forest. Suddenly she heard a yowl. Tucking her wings close to her body she dove, through the branches, swooping up just before hitting the ground. Landing on a low branch she waited. Soon the yowl came again, "My wing!" She jumped down racing through the brambles, coming to a stop when she saw a white shape ahead. "Hello?" she called. She heard scrambling and another screech of pain. Cautiously she approached a white winged cat caught in the brambles. "Let me help you." she said quietly trying not to scare the tom more. Gently she reached out and unhooked his wing. "Thanks." he purred "You shouldn't fly until your wing stops hurting" He nodded "What is your name?" He asked "Cedarstar, Yours?"
"Cloudflight."
