Icekit strolled ovee to his sister and licked her shoulder. "Are you feeling better?" he asked as his tongue rasped over her soft fur, hoping to comfort Mousekit.
Roseheart. "Oh Pinewhisker!" She mewed and stopped, "Careful there's a badger near" she walked over to him her eyes widing at her dirty fur. She tried to shake and lick it off
Leafbreeze yawns stepping out of the warriors den. The last couple days have been exhasuting and the depressing weather wasn't helping. He sighed heading over to the fresh kill pile for a meal grabing a mouse and a shrew and heading over to the nursery to share with Aspenfang.
"Don't do that dear. You look stunning, as always," Pinewhisker purred and sniffed the air, allowing the faint scent of badger to settle in his nose. "We can't defeat a badger with only two cats. We should warn the clan," he insisted softly.
Roseheart. She looked at him and purred and shaking her head "Let's go, it could get close" she neowed and sniffed again the scent seemed to fade in the wind but was still strong enough to know it was close
Pinewhisker nodded and pressed against Roseheart protectively before twining their tails tightly together. He smiled and licked her cheek lovingly. Glancing back cautiously, he began to pad back to camp.
Icekit nodded as huddled next to his siblings, attempting to comfort them. "I'm glad," he whispered to Mousekit.
"Darkcloud and Sootrain caught them sneaking out and I've warned them hundreds of times and the one time they do it they run into a fox! Brackenkit nearly lost his ear!" Her anger was boiling again.
Brackenkit cautiously stuck out his chest, "But I have my first battle scar!" He turned to show Leafbreeze the red wound on his side.
