Zev looked at Angel. "Well if Hunter is moving, I could be following her scent for a long time. And then you have to think about if she crossed through streams or anything that could weaken her scent."

Starling looked at the purple gems, they were the same color as her wings, she wishes she could have shown Scale this small cave, but he was killed before she got the chance to show him. She wonders why Demon came to the small cave though.
