Anastasia slowly shook her head, gently stroking Isabelle's mane as they went along and looking at her chub with a pale face and slightly frightened eyes. "If it's what I think it is, she just needs a good rest and a huge meal to get her sugar levels back up," She replied softly, so she wouldn't frighten the groggy mare. "By the way, I never got a chance to tell you..." Anastasia looked at her sorrowfully. "I really am sorry for your loss, Mel. Minty was a good mare. She and Candytuft were friends when I first came here." They reached Isabelle's stall and the new mare reached and opened it, nudging the door inward, they took a few more steps and Anastasia helped Isabelle settle down onto a mound of hay. Coal came inside and gently set Aura beside her, and Isabelle gathered up the strength to nuzzle her daughter lovingly, giving her a soft look. Aura sighed and shifted in her sleep, but didn't quite wake up, soothed by her mother's scent and the warmth of her body beside her. "I'm going to go get her some food. Coal, Snowy, thank you for your help." Anastasia trotted away, leaving only the new mare watching protectively over Isabelle like a concerned mother hen, her eyes sharp. Coal turned to Snowy and smiled slightly. "She's going to be okay." He whispered, looking very happy about the fact. Then he heard her panting and asked concernedly, "What's wrong, Snowy?" His eyes soft as he moved a little closer to her.
Prism immediately stood and stretched out her longer legs as she darted for the doorway so fast, she was a blurr of color. Sammy stood up a bit more slowly as she could hear Prism's hooves echoing against the stone of the hallway, then she looked at her parents and said, "I'll be right back... I have to be there for her if something's gone wrong..." Then she darted after the younger mare as fast as she possibly could, leaving Hana watching after the two of them and trying to figure out what Dot was talking about. She'd been so groggy after waking up from her nap that keeping up with the others seemed all but impossible. Fireworks stared at his father, his young mind trying to comprehend what was going on around him. "Daaaa? Maaaa?" He asked gently.
Fishbowl couldn't help but stare at the ghostly mare, yet at the same time, she inspired him almost as much as his first glance of Hope had. He quickly flicked his satchel open and grabbed his sketch pad and began to draw with long, sweeping strokes, drawing a chub mare prancing across the clouds, and far below her, a paler form staring up at the sky, lying contentedly on the grass with foals prancing around her, going on with their lives. As he worked so furiously away at his drawing, he was so enthralled with it he almost didn't notice as his portrait of Hope fell free of the notepad and fell onto the ground. He looked down a moment too late to catch it and his eyes grew wide as he quickly shoved the pad of paper and colored pencils into his bag and reached down to get it, almost certain that Hope had already seen it and would think that he was a creep for drawing her before he even knew her, and without her permission.
