Silverpaw jumped back, his paws skidding to a stop. His ears began to burn, and he shied away from Applepaw. "I... Just...," he tried to place his words together, but they didn't seem to want to come out. "Didn't... know?" He took a step backwards, wanting to just get away. He didn't know what to say. He had caused this and he did know. He had wanted to talk to her, but she seemed preoccupied and he didn't know what to say; he caused this because he wanted his paws to be moving and taking him somewhere fun. His ears were flushing a deep scarlet by now, he was sure.

Scarletheart watched Applepaw race after Silverpaw, and caught a glimpse of the fury that blazed in her eyes. She yawned, suddenly realizing that she was tired. Scarletheart padded over to the warriors den, scencing Frostnose, the deputy, inside. She pushed her way into the den, careful not to wake the ginger and white tom as she crawled over to her nest. The warrior layed down, settling her head on her paws.

The lithe gray she-cat was rummaging among herbs in her den. "Yarrow, catmint, dock, borage.." she mumbled under her breath as she sorted through herbs. Her quick and nimble paws making them into neat piles and stashing them on a make-shift shelf. It was a matter of minutes before she finished. "Let's see.. I need cobweb and juniper.." she said quietly to herself. Graysky got to her paws and padded out of her den and into the camp clearing. She inhaled the crisp air deeply, her bright, green eyes scanning the camp for her young apprentice. "Splashpaw, dear. Where are you?" Graysky called, rotating her pointed ears.

[[@ilovemycat, in this roleplay you're going to be expected to post more then 1-2 liners; maybe even a small paragraph. If you can't hold up to that standard, you might not want to join. I looked at your posts, and they seem to be all one-liners. Just to point that out. ]]

Silverpaw wanted to reach out and tell her that it was okay, but he didn't know how. He seemed to be just as lost with his words as a second ago, and even this morning. Why did he loose his words with her? "I...," His words choked, breaking off in a fragment. His eyes seemed to glaze over with sadness, and he could see the look of unshed tears in Applepaw's eyes. "Oh Applepaw, please don't cry!" He finally managed to say, his voice catching as he pleaded.

Frostnose watched Scarletheart as she padded to her nest, boredom overcoming him as he layed, half-buried in the fluffy green moss. With a yawn, he sank deeper into a daze, with the only thought being at least the blush doesn't show much through my already-red fur... He sprawled lazily, dazed, and half-asleep.

Splashpaw's ear twitched as she heard her name called, and automatically jumped up, bouncing towards the medicine den in her happy, good-morning state. She wasn't really sure that it was Greysky who had called her name, but she still proceeded to where her mentor was. She was up, in any state, and even if she hadn't called her, it was still good for her mentor to know she was awake.
