Use it to listen to and try to relate to the troubles of your clanmates and tough situations they have gotten into before you judge or punish them. Lusa stepped into her nest in the dog den. She circled around a few times before laying down, resting her head on her paws.

Snowstripe sat in front of the medicine den, her tail curled around her paws as she gazed around.

Cougarclaw breathed heavily as he got his eighth life. One left but, he wondered why he hadn't seen Witherstar yet. Did hood previous leader think he was not worthy to lead the clan?

Out of the darkness witherstar stepped out, "Cougarclaw, before I give you your final life, I need you to promise me something, something for the clans"

Cougarclaw's spirits rose as he saw Witherstar "Of course Witherstar, what is it?" He asked his old leader. Witherstar was a cat that Cougarclaw has always looked up to and listened to him carefully to follow in his pawsteps. It was a shame that he had to die when he did. "Witherstar, before I promise anything. I must know, who killed you?" He asked him though curious narrowed eyes.

"I didn't see them" Witherstar admitted, "but I knew for a long time that starclan was going to call me soon," he staired up as if silverpelt was above them. "Cougarclaw you must not lead the clan in revenge, it will only bring death, and at this point we need to look to the safty of our kits and strengthen the bonds with our allies:

Cougarclaw nodded to Witherstar "I'll only do what I believe to be best." He promised him.

Witherstar knodded, " then with this life I give you the wisdom of an elder to guide your clan through the trials it will face" he dipped his head and touched cougarclaws muzzle

It seemed to Cougarclaw that this life was the most painful but, maybe the most rewarding. He breathed heavy but looked up at Witherstar as the pain subdued and he had finally gained all of his nine lives. He was finally leader!
