Leia
Leia's tongue lolled, the heat of the summer getting through her half-thick coat. The pack around her was thriving, but there was a little worry; no pups had been born, and the warm heat would not last long. Only one pup was there; Laetia. Leia had come back after a days hunt, a fawn in her jaws before. Her eyes narrowed at the scene below.
Raiven
"You know to behave yourself, you mongrel! You've slipped far enough!" The fae shouted at the cringing pup, and swinged her head wildly at pawsteps. "Sol, it is not your role to meddle. Leave!" The brute sighed and shook his head. "Raiven, this is a pup. How many times will I say this to get into your head? Pups are curious, naturally so. If you are so hard on them, you may find to regret it. Please, leave her be." "It is my right, Sol, not yours!" Came the growl.
Sol
Sol stood his ground, huffing. "I will mention this to the alpha if such outbursts happen again, Raiven." They glared at each other for a moment, the smaller fae narrowing her eyes in loathing at the massive brute. Then, with a furious huff, Raiven turned and stalked to her den, tail swishing angrily. Sol sighed and lowered his head to Laetia. "Are you well, little one?" He asked softly, nosing her up.
Laetia
"Y-yeah.." The pup shivered, and had no complaints as she was picked up by the scruff and carried into the nursery. "You might want to be careful." The brute warned. "I cannot protect you from Raiven forever." "I know." The fae pup squeaked. "Farewell, Laetia." With a tired huff, Laetia settled herself in a grass nest and slept, tired from her previous adventures.
