Cricketleg pulled Matiskit back and almost jumped in surprise when she saw his open eyes. She checked her other kits and saw Falconkit had opened one eye and was starting to open the other and then Rainkit and Mistkit opened their eyes at almost the same instant.

Ashleap took lead of the patrol with Shakenpaw hopping after her and Sharptooth by her side. Ashleap stopped and signaled Shakenpaw to be quite when she saw a squirrel 8 badger lengths away and jumped (she has a jump power) landing on it and killing it quickly. "I will look for birds and squirrels in the tree tops, Sharptooth, you could turn into wolf and find some rabbits in that field, and Shakenpaw you can see if there are any mice hiding in the roots of that hazel tree." she said then leap into a tall tree.

"And Snugglefuzz you can use your run power and hunt rabbits on the other side of the field." Ashleap finished.

Mistkit blinked, startled at the amount of light that had flooded into her eyes. As her eyes adjusted, she began to see the world around her. She saw her mother, staring down at her. Mistkit thought Cricketleg was beautiful. She saw the grey and tan cat who she knew to be Mantiskit, and white and grey falconkit. Rainkit looked similar to herself, she thought.

Crystalstar leaped infront of Echowind, "Wait, I would love to welcome you into the clan, your pregent with kits. You shouldn't be out there, come with me you should be having a comforable home."Crystalstar said, "Here you go rest in the nursury, i will bring you a peice of fresh-kill."


[no Crystalstar is not trying to steal her,he needs more paws into the clan, so he is trying to welcome her into the clan]


Amberstone looked out into the forest she got up and went into it to hunt.

Falconkit bounced excitedly "Mama, I can see-ee!!" then ran out colliding with Echowind and toppling over. "Mama! what's that fuzziness in front of me?" he asked his vision going in and out of focus.

Mistkit purred with laughter, watching Falconkit. Her own vision was not much better though.

(Falconkit didn't mean fuzziness by blurry vision just in case you guys thought so he meant it as in Echowinds fur soft and FUZZ-E!!

Falconkit looked over at Mistkit "What?" he asked walking towered her then he walked to far and strait into a low hanging branch from the bushes and sticks forming the nursery.

Cricketleg called Mistkit and Falconkit back into the nursery. "Stay in here until your vision is perfect, I am sure the clan will come to meet you soon." then she turned to Echowind, "I am sorry for that incident, they just opened their eyes and Falconkit was very excited." She apologized with a glint of amusement in her eyes.

(I was refering to his vision going in and out of focus. sorry for confusion.)

Mistkit looked disappointed. "How long will it be until our vision is perfect, Mama? I want to explore!" Mistkit squeaked with excitement.

echowind is a bit reluctant and still protective,she leaps onto a rock then a flattened tree top.she says its fine and catches a bird and places it on the fresh kill pile im gonna hunt until my kits are born,i will fight to defend ALL of you.Even if i dont know you yet.thankyou,
