All of a sudden a blueish grey she-cat knocks you to the ground. "What are you doing on AirClan territory!" she asks, her eyes narrowed. You explain to her your situation. She calms down and stands up. "I'm Dovestar, leader of AirClan" she smiles "Would you like to join us?"

She is a scrawny, thin she-cat. She is small, but has long legs. This allows her to ran fast. She also has a scar across her chest, hence the name brokenheart, but thats not the only reason she was named that.

Brokenheart's previous name was flameheart. She started out as flamekit. She was a very ambitious kit and loved to explore. She was the last one to open her eyes, and she was the last one to learn how to walk. Being the last one didnt stop her from doing the craziest things, though. She became an apprentice before her siblings because of her intense knowledge. She had spent many days with the elders, listening to their stories. She would pop in on the medicine cat and help out. She was soon given her apprentice name, flamepaw. She loved it there. She enjoyed the sunny, warm, days and the cool, breezy, nights. She would train with her mentor, thistleclaw, at every chance possible. She was a bad hunter, but her knowledge allowed her to become more skilled. She fought off a fox in camp one day and continued to help. She helped rebuild the nursery during a flood, and she brought in bedding for the elders. She soon became a warrior and was granted her warrior name, flameheart. She was ambitious as when she was a kit and still helped out. She didnt stop there, though. She caught prey everyday and maintained the fresh-kill. She fell in love with another warrior named skytail. He was very kind, funny, and caring. They were mates very soon. One day, a battle broke out between two different clan patrols. She hadnt gone on that patrol with her mate. She had stayed at the camp. She waited for the patrol to return, and when they did, they were scarred for life. Skytail was their best warrior, and even so, he had been killed in the battle. Flameheart grieved for days on end, and many cats asked her if she was on a vigil as punishment for something. That same patrol repeated to her how skytail died. A cat named berrythorn from a different clan, had ended him with a deathly blow to the neck. Berrythorn said to jaywing, "One life, if gone, can cause another's loss." Jaywing said to berrythorn, "And my life, if gone, will be nothing but a shameful regret." Berrythorn died in that same battle. Flameheart was heart-broken. Thus, she demanded that her name be changed to brokenheart. Ever since, she has lived in grief and sorrow for her lost mate.
