"Well then what do you want to do?" Mudpaw asked curiously.

"Do you feel trapped now?" Mudpaw asked yet another question.

Sorrelfang sighed and laid down. She wanted to get back to camp soon. She was tired of standing around here waiting for the Shardclan cats. And now with Darkpaw back in the clan, she had something to return to other than an empty and hollow feeling camp, she thought with a smile.

Lightshadow caught a mouse and headed back to Lilydust. He set down the prey with a sigh as he saw that she was gone. He knew that her wound hadn't healed properly and was going to open up again. Then he caught a whiff of Ashwing and scented their two scents went off into the woods together. He sighed but he knew that he could trust Lilydust and besides, them talking together might be good. Atleast maybe she wouldn't hate Ashwing anymore, he didn't. If he still did he wouldn't have helped him get free when his paw was trapped under the branch.

"But won't that get better when you become an apprentice? And even better once you're a warrior?" Mudpaw asked, settling down onto his paws. He liked talking to the kit. He might be young and Mudpaw might not necessarily agree with what he was saying, but it was interesting nonetheless. He brought up some good points, and didn't really act like a kit.

Sorrelfang lifted her head and looked around. "Darkpaw?" she said hopefully

Cougarclaw tilted his head at Sorrelfang then scented the air, catching a scent of Darkpaw as well. He stood up and looked around at the surrounding bushes for him, hoping nothing was wrong back at camp.

Lightshadow sat down and began grooming his paws, waiting for Lilydust to return.

Mudpaw tilted his head, thinking about that. "Yes, I guess you're right. But maybe when you're older, if you talk to the leader, she'll let you go outside of the borders. And no one says that once you're a warrior you can't go outside the borders, so long as you don't go inside of the Phantomclan territory."

Sorrelfang smiled and walked over to him purring, happy that he was here. "Yes, we're just waiting for the Shardclan cats to get all ready to leave." she told him

Cougarclaw nodded "Yes, they'll be ready soon, hopefully anyways. How is everything back at camp?' he asked Darkpaw.

"Yes, I do see your point. And I guess you're right. But I'd rather focus on the good than the bad. Otherwise I'll never be happy." Mudpaw said simply.
