Firepaw came back into camp, bringing with him two mice and a squirrel. Dropping them on the fresh kill pile, he took one of the mice and dragged it over to a corner of the camp. He began to eat it as he sat down, tail drooping. As he watched the cats around the camp, he had to fight back the loneliness and nostalgia; he couldn't help but remember and miss his old Clanmates, and his heart ached as he thought about his littermates, both of whom were killed in the badger attack that had destroyed his Clan.

Redfur nodded. "I guess so" he replied To Foxclaw.

Snowstripe poked her head out of the medicine cat den as she thought she caught the faint scent of blood. She looked around curiously. "Its probably nothing" she mewed to herself before going back to sort the herbs.

Shadowstep expected Phantompaw to fallow after him, so when Slitpaw fallowed him he was a bit suprised, but oh well, what could he do? His pawsteps grew quieter as he fallowed the trace of what seemed to be a rabbit, nibbling some greens on the forest floor. His gaze looked back to Slitpaw, "Walk over there and be ready to make a kill" he said to her pointed with his tail to some brush on the other side of the clearing.

Foxclaw nodded "Great, where should we hunt?" her head tipped to the left as she watched redfur curiously

Seeing Snowstripe poke her head out of the medicine cat den, he decided to go over and see if there was anything he could do to help.
"Hi! Do you need any help with anything? I can get some moss for you, or some cobwebs or something." he mewed hopefully, looking for something constructive to do.

Tunepaw shook her head. "Everything's fine." She mewed.

"Okay." he answered, turning around and slowly beginning to walk back towards the edge of the camp.

Blizzardstar stalked her pray from the trees, pacently waiting for the right moment. her pads placeing lightly onto the branches bark, her tail held so it rubs against the bark of the branch like a bundle of leaves. then pering out of the leaves, she saw it. the time was right. wait. NOW!!! And she pounced strait on to halkclaw, screaching "ATTACK!!!!!!!!!," after landing on halkclaw, blizzardstar stated bluntly, "you need to stay on gaurd, deputy." it was blizzardstars favorite thing to give her deputy a hard time.

The water was crisp, cool and refreshing. He had sat for a moment, taking the the taste of the water. Especially on the warm day like today. He was actually feeling a bit better. That is until he turned around and went to go back to his den. What he saw was the female he smelled from before. She was in the way of his entrance to his home. Irritation came over him as he saw her. A sigh left his muzzle as the fox opened his mouth and spoke. " Cant you just leave me alone.. this is the second time I have asked this.." He said in a low tone as he sat down, his tail curling around in front of his feet. His ice blue irises never leaving the female as she stood there blocking him form entering his home. " Look, I don't care who you are.. I don't want to be bothered... Especially today... So just go." he stated once more, his tone sounding a bit more irritated than before. It was his birthday and he was in no mood for foul play. All the black fox wanted was to be alone. He was for so long, why did that have to change today of all days.

Oakpaw picked up a plump vole from the fresh-kill pile and headed to the nursery. She walked in and set it down in front of Galewing "Here" she said smiling then turned around and walked out again. She looked around camp for something to do. She saw Zena laying by herself and walked over to her "Hi, Zena" she said as she sat next to the dog.

Zena lifted her head "Hello, Oakpaw" she said then looked around "Why don't you go play like a normal apprentice." she asked her.

Damon looked toward the camp entrance, waiting for Blizzardstar to come.

Firepaw bounded over to Oakpaw and Zena.
"Hello!" he said happily.
