Snowshade stared at Soulstar. "Do you want me to take care of him?" she asked then choked out "I had a dead kit so I have enough Milk."

Whisperkit stared at Luckykit.

He looked at Whisperkit, his eyes filled with tears mouth open and pouring mews of distress and hunger.

Whisperkit shuffled and sat next to luckykit.

He quieted down and looked at the other suckleing kits, were was his milk giver? He mewed again as he tried to lift his large head.

Snowshade curled around the little kit, and nuzzled him so he could suckle.

He squirmed quickly twords the belly and pushed past some other kits, he kneaded her belly as he suckled, milk dropping from the corners of his mouth.

Hawktalon looked at Snowshade and the kits. He rounded the camp, but didn't walk near them.

Snowshade smiled she licked the kits head. Snowshade glanced at hawktalon and her heart crumpled as he walked away.
