Nose still in the air, Zindra inhaled deeply. "I still don't smell anything."

Jynx looked at her "Trust me something was there my sence of smelling is very acute" he lifted his nose in the air "What ever it was its not there any more"

"Zindra's right," Marie said, "I faintly smelled it, also."

Vendetta slunk over to the others very drearly. "Do you supose it was something we need to worry about?" She hesitated to speak again. "Prehaps it was only an elk. Or something else." She swayed her tail, in a slightly shakey fashion. She lowered herself onto the ground looking up at them; her head was resting on her paws.

Sevastra rested against a moss covered rock, a bit deeper into the forest. The moss was the kind that had little star like patterns weaved throughout them. Of course, he wouldn't have cared if it were any other kind, or if the rock had no moss at all for that matter. His eyes burned with anticipation, he longed to go back there and take on the entire pack himself. His normally blue eyes were now a swampier, milky color. He pinned his ears back and let out a low deep growl.

Marie shook her head before saying "It definetly wasn't an elk."

Phaulos was walking through his camp. The thought about the news Sevastra had told him about. Great, all I need is a rebellion. They would stand no chance though. He gazed around at all the creatures he ruled over. Many kinds of creatures, wolves, cats, dragons, even creatures that couldn't be described. All were consumed by the desire to have power. He saw one wolf inparticular. "Lupe! Front and center."

Jumping at the sound of her name Lupe and then relaxing slightly as she recognized the voice she stood quickly and looked at Phaulos, "Yes?!"
