Greenstar nodded and padded to the medicine cat's den. "How are you doing" she asked Rain.

Rain looked at Greenstar "Very well, thank you" she told her smiling

Night smiled at Leafdapple "Your mate must be very excited your going to have your kits so soon." he said

"OK!" I say running toward the far end of the border. I get there and I begin to mark everything on the border line. I rub up against a rock blinking my eyes again. I continue marking getting close to the middle. I spot Eagletalon but keep quiet as I continue marking.

Eagletalon finishes marking his end and everything is ok so waits for Glacierpaw to meet him in the middle. He sees her and says "Everything ok on your end?"

"Good" Greenstar replied "Um…i was going to ask, would you like to join our clan?"

Leafdapple hung her head "Actually, my mate died" she said with a little sorrow in her voice.

"Yes." I say meeting Eagletalon in the middle. "Is it OK your end?" I ask shaking my pelt out making it look weird in the fading sunlight.

Tawnylace yawned slightly, getting up and walking back towards camp again.

Rain looked at Greenstar "Really? I would love to!" she said excitedly

Night looked sadly at her "Oh, i am so sorry to hear that." he told Leafdapple with sympathy in his voice.

Eagletalon laughs a little at her then says "Same. Well, since everything is ok, lets head back to camp" he told Glacierpaw as he turns around and starts to head for camp.

"OK. I did smell a cats scent of this border but it was a few days old." I say remembering the scent, it was River's. "But I believe it was River's scent it smelt like hers all fishy." I say shuddering and again shaking out my pelt at the thought of her very fishy scent.
