Lightshine grinned. She yelled"Keep up Slowstar!" Then she took off, her white-tipped tail disappearing into a bush.

shadowstar rolled his eyes good-mannishly and padded after her

Lightshine scented then looked around. "Deer." She mumbled. She stalked, then tilted her head for him to go around to it's back

shadowstar nodded and crept behind it. his powerful silver and grey-spotted shoulders quivered with anticipation

She yowled, "Now!"As she catapulted herself at the deer. She bit into it's back and smacked her side against it, trying to knock it down.

shadowstar sprang from the bushes, propelled by his strong back legs. he crashed into the deers side and knocked it over. he bit into its throat

For good measures, Lightshine bit into the deers stomach til she felt it go limp. "Good job." She purred, turning cat.

shadowstar nodded and licked his bloody lips. then he stuck his paw under its belly and pulled it on his back. he looked down at lightshine and smiled. "let's get this back to camp."
