The return to Pride Rock {CLOSED}

Kovu sat down and sighed, he missed his cub, but he knew he had to stay strong for Kiara. He saw two lions out at the hunting grounds and padded out to them. He recognized them as Timba and Sheela.

Sheela sighed and noticed Kovu coming twords her and Timba. "TIMBA YOU DULT! GET YOUR TAIL OVER HERE IT IS THE NEW KING KOVU!" Sheela rored at Timba and bowed before Kovu. Kovu smiled. "Hello Sheela, Timba. Enjoying the perfect hunting day?" Kovu said.

Timba came back with an antellope and bowed before Kovu at the sight of him. "Hello sir." Timba said, his joyous expression alwayse changed to seriousness when it came down to times like this. "How are you today Kovu?" Sheela asked. "Just fine thankks for asking." Kovu replyed.

((So.... Kovu just walked right past Kiara and his sons? XD ))

"It's nowhere near time yet... so we;ll see as the day goes by." Saka replied flatly. "Brother, stop jumping to conclusions." He added with a roll of his eyes. "You know it's bad for your health. AND makes you pelt loose it's shine." He teased. The brwath mostly tickles him, which in a way kind of annoyed him.. so of course, he had to retaliate by doing something that slightly annoyed his brother. Saka's tail flicked around absently for a second. "Now... Shall we get going?" He added as he turned and looked forward again.

Vitani scoffed slightly. "Kamaria." She began, her eyes hardened slightly as well as narrowed before she spoke again. "I know when you're lying to me." She began and stood up. "Besides the fact. The rogue that sired my brother and myself is dead." She added before looking at Lalamkia for a second and back to Kamaria. "I was not the nicest to you as a cub; I know that now... and back then, I didn't care. I was doing as I was told. If Zira said jump, I always said how high. If she commanded me to roll over and dye; I'd probably have done it." she paused before continuing. "My point is; I brought you hear partially to make up for that. And partially for the simple fact that I had hoped you wouldn't lye to me. But sine your oh so intent on protecting someone that won't hesitate to kill you should you disobey her or not carry out an order perfectly... I'll leave you to defending my mother." She said as she walked the small distance of the cave. She paused in her steps to look Kamaira dead in the eyes. "Just know; I will never trust you again. And those cubs are found dead; I know who to track down." she said with a deep growl. With that she began walking out of the cave.

Lalamika listened to the whole exchange. Her tail curled around Kamaria's when it landed on her own. As she listeened, her nails scraped the dirt floor. She held back her growl as Vitani crossed the cave and stopped next to Kamaira.
After Vitani spoke again and left the cave, she culdn't hold her anger any more. Her tail unraveled around Kamaria's as she rose to her feet and darted out of the cave. Within a swipe of her claw and a few swift movements she was on top of Vitani. Lalamika's larger size allowed her to pin the slightly older lioness without any problems. She snarled loudly when Vitani didn't fight back.
"You disrespect Kamarai. How do we know it isn't YOU who is lying to US?!" She snarled. her face was inches away from Vitani;s. She glared down at the lioness. The scent of blood filled her nostrils as her eyes landed on the three slash marks across Vitani's right eye. That was where her claw had collided with Vitani. But instead of one small slash mark like Scar's or Kovu's; it was three long marks that reached from above her eyebrow, over her eyelid and down to her mid cheek.

Maria Stood, pading out of the cave "Mika, get off her." the lioness growled boredly. "I dont enjoy being called a lier vitani, you should know this. I found the dieing mother myself, so dont TELL me im lieing." she spat. "Weather both of the cubs are infact hers' i wouldnt know. I left to get zira, and she send me away to get help once the lion started birthing the second cub. Assuming your story is true, she could have swiched the cubs." She growled, though she looked at mika for conformation, seeing as the lioness had infact been there the whole time. "And as for tracking me down when the cubs turn up dead, I doubt the blood will be on our claws." she growled, her voice laden with pain and anger, as her tail hooked as it used to yet agian, protecting the cub that wasnt even there anymore. she glared into vitani's eyes, her eyes speaking miles, convaying silently the death of her brother by the pain held within them, or at the very least, hinting at it.

Rudo noded, and growled at his brother "meh, my fur's shiner than yours anyway." the golden lion grumbled, but followed his brother. (wb)

Mika growled and reluctantly moved. She continued to glare at Vitani. She began to reply when Kamaria looked at her for conformation, but was quickly cut off by Vitani. She growled again. Th grow low and threatening. "Enough with this chit chat!" She mentally snarled. Her tail flicked back and forth behind in in anger. Her glaring gaze never left Vitani.

Vitani moved back onto her paws. Her eyes closed and still bleeding. She glared at Mika with her opened eye before looking back at Maria. She completely disregarded everything Maria had said and interjected with the one thing that came into her head first. "You're still with Zira. I don't believe a single word that comes out of your mouth. and your friend there doesn't help." She began. The anger that had built up inside of her tonged her voice. Making it cold and hard. "But perhaps you can figure this out." She continued. "I know how Zira works. Even if the cub is not in fact my niece. If Zira has any cubs at all; she will undoubtedly tell them that she is their mother. She will train them, or have someone else train them, harder than she did Kovu and myself. She will prepare for war again, and as soon as those cubs are old enough and strong enough to fit, she will lead them straight to pride rock." She continued, her gaze looking at Maria. "We will defend ourselves, which will cause the cubs to get hurt and possibly even killed. Now who's fault would that be?" She finished that part of her speech. "It won't be ours. We simply defended ourselves. We did not train them. Nor did we send them to war. That part will be Zira's fault. Not that she'd care. But the ones who aided her. Who helped train the cubs. And who encouraged the battle instead of speaking up will also be to blame." She finished. Before speaking again she took a long hard look at Maria. "I'm sorry about Kimba. But you can't harbor what happened to him against those who didn't do it." She finished before turning around and starting to walk back to priderock.

Saka scoffed before he started walking again. "Your point being what exactly?" He laughed. He paused in mid step to look back at Sorran. "You coming?" He asked. Silently he waited for the other male cub to follow or decline the invitation.

Kovu smiled deeply and just ignored the two's pitiful arguing and padded back to Pride rock. Kovu looked for Kiara. Also his cubs to train them a little bit and to spend time with his family, meanwhile Timba and Sheela were still arguing and continued on annoyingly for two hours like they normally do.

Maria roared, leaping onto vitani's back, her claws dug into her shoulders "Those who didnt cause it? Simba killed my brother you ingnorant b****." she snarled into the female's ear, her voice changing as she lost all control over herself. "Not that you'd belive me, being totaly loyal to the killer. Kimba worshiped you, and yet, you defend his murderer." she Rasped, digging her nails in deeper.

(Eh...mika may want to stop her before her bipolar self does something that will haunt her forever..or she says something stupid XD)

Rudo sighed "Nevermind, if you didnt get it the first time theres no use explaining." he meowed, rolling his eyes and shaking his head slightly, his mane falling into his eyes agian. He snorted, looking around for his sister.

Vitani thrashed about, ridding herself of Maria almost with ease. She turned around and growled. "SIMBA WAS HERE IN THE PRIDELANDS THE WHOLE TIME YOU INSOLENT LITTLE CUB!" Vitani snarled back. By this point in time she wasn't even trying to keep her voice down. If the others heard her; then Lalamkia and Kamaria were caught. End of story.
"You never learned a thing after all this time! You STILL jump to conclusions before finding out the whole story." Vitani continued. She kept her cool for the most part. Her tail flicked around in an angry fashion behind her. Her face, shoulders and ear throbbed and stung massively; but she was trying her best not to let it get to her. "There are MILLIONS of lions that look almost identical to Simba. And besides the fact; what motive would Simba have to go to the Outlands during or after the battle? Simba doesn't to anything without a reason. Even you know that." Vitani finished with a hiss.

Lalamika shook her head. With a few strides she slunk behind Vitani. "Shut." She hissed as she rose her paw. "Up." With a lightning fast movement her paw crashed down on the back of Vitani's head. With a hallow thud, Vitani's body fell to the ground. "Let's go." She growled as she picked Vitai's unconscious body up and threw it onto her own back. Silently Mika began walking back towards the Outlands. Her tail flicked around behind her in an irritated fashion as she walked.

Saka had heard a roar from kind of far off... but not too far. Without looking back at Sorran, Saka darted forward, past Rudo. "That was Aunt Vitani!" He called behind him as he ran. His tail flicked around behind him as he ran, the movement was due to the gust of wind behind him as he ran. His paws thudded against the grass, his heart pounding in his chest. His deep green eyes remained focused on the direction he was headed.

Rudo sped ahead of his brother, his paws eating up the ground as he raced towards this aunt "AUNT VITANI??" he roaored, seeing a few lions in the distance. "Saka hurry up, 'Tanis in trouble!" he called back, though his brother was keeping up quite well.

Maria was still seething when the cubs roar reached her ears, and she turned, growling "ill take care of this." she said harshly, unwinding her tail from Mika's and leaping towards the cubs, her paws eating up the ground as she closed the gap.

Kat flew over head, having flown back to the outlands to see what was going on.

Rudo's eyes widened as one of the lions started running towards him, and he skidded to a hault, putting a paw out to stop his brother.

"He tells me to keep up?" Saka thought for a fleeting second. He was ahead of Rudo. His mind focused on getting to his aunt. Nothing else entered his head... not even when the lioness turned towards his brother and himself. "Put. My. Aunt. DOWN!" He roared. His claws raked the earth as he darted towards the lioness who was carrying Vitani's limp body. His eyes blazed with fury as he darted around Rudo, who somehow got in front of him, and continued towards the shadow colored lioness.

"No. I don't think I will. You see, I have someone who is impatiently waiting to see her daughter." Lalamika said in a taunting purr as she jumped over Saka's small body. With a few swift movements, Lalamika had rounded back to Kamaria and shoved her to the side. "We have to go NOW!" she said before moving towards the Outlands once again. "With all of the roaring between you, Vitani and myself; if these cubs heard us, I wouldn't doubt the others did to. And if they're on their way we need to move." She said while still walking ahead. Her pace was quick, not a full blown run but to fast to be a walk. "And with that cub yelling like that, they'll hear the commotion for sure." She finished and stopped once to look behind her at Kamaria before picking up her pace and darting off towards the Outlands for the last time in this situation.

Zayna paced around where her mother, sister and Lucas were stationed at. She growled lowly while she waited for Kamaria and Lalamika to return with Vitani. "They are taking too long mother." She growled. Her tail flicked around unhappily behind her as she continued to pace. Her gaze drifted to Zira once before moving back in front of her. As she paced images of other cubs and a small piece of someone's pelt flashed through her mind. The "scene" so to speak had been racing through her head since she'd seen the lioness cub by the name Kira. "What did she stir these images?" Zayna thought briefly. In an attempt to rid her restless mind of the images and questions surrounding them, she made herself focus on the situation at hand.
