"When I met him, he was a kit of two moons. I was just born and I liked him right away. His name... well, it was Shinekit. But he ran away from the Clan soon after getting his warrior name. He was called Shinerain. So he became a loner... and called himself Shine. That's when I met him again. But soon after I'd last seen him, he changed. He met a cat named Killer. So at that point, Shine changed his name to Luster. He was still a good cat, though. That was when he really changed. the next time I visited him, a cat named Hard Death told me Luster was the leader of pack of rogues. And that just made me turn and run. I didn't tell him he was the father of my kits. I d-didn't care anymore." her eyes began to tear up.
