Birdflight shrugged her lithe shoulders and then nodded. "It does seem like the sun finally decided to poke his head out. My pelt is finally regaining warmth from the stone cold den." The shivered happily at the feeling of the rays of light beaming into her fur.

Lightpaw was still practically the size of a mostly grown kit instead of a full grown apprentice. Ivypaw was a bit bigger, although she was only about the size of a half grown apprentice as well.
