Sparkle Dot floated around, carrying more flowers then she could handle.

Grazia sighed and looked around. Not much to say.

May Emerald leaned over, his Jewl flashing brightly."Grazia, I um, I think your a really great Jewl mane."

[alien sailor]

The gentle breeze rippled through Shimmer's silky, silver fur as she strolled along the meadow of white daisies. The flowers brushed against her feet, tickling her ankles soflty. It had been awhile since she had been on Earth, and the feeling of firm ground beneath her feet was strange and unfamiliar. In space, everything was soft and floaty. Like walking on scintillating clouds of vapor. But on Earth, the ground was solid and dense.

She glanced upwards, where she was surprised to find a purple-hued Jewel Mane Dragon hovering up ahead, cradling mounds of fresh flowers in her arms. Shimmer smiled, a new JMD meant a new friend, and a new friend could only have a good outcome. After all, to a bubbly socialite like Shimmer, all her prestige was owed to her friends.

"Hello, there!" she called to the JMD, as she flapped her wings daintily, and began fluttering closer to her. She approached the violet colored creature, simpering sweetly at her. "That's an awful lot of flowers you have there. You must really like them." she said lightly, her fuschia eyes shimmering with glee as she spoke.

"Ya!" Sparkle Dot said, flapping her wings. She saw a flower fall and quickly caught it in her mouth. "I'm Sparkle Dot! And you?"

[Wifflebee]

Grazia blushed, "That's so sweet Emerald! I think your an amazing Jewel Mane as well!" She murmured, slightly embarrassed at having nothing else to say. Emerald was such a sweet dragon, he deserved better than her. "I really like you." She admitted, blushing even brighter.

[corn nerd]

"Me-me too." May Emerald said. He had to find a way to say how much he liked her. He thought for a moment, and had an idea. He grabbed a white rose with rainbow swirls on it, it had been somewhere in his fur. "This is my special flower, a good friend of mine gave it to me, now I'm giving it to you."

Shimmer let out a tiny giggle at the JMD's enthusiasm, pleasantly amused at her cheerful demeanor. "You can call me, Shimmer." she told Sparkle Dot softly, as she knelt down towards the field of flowers below her.

Gingerly, she plucked a single white daisy from the ground, holding it delicately in between her lips. "So, tell me, Sparkle Dot, do you always pick so many flowers at a time?" she inquired, eying Dot's massive jumble of flowers. She leaned towards Sparkle Dot and placed the flower amongst the others she had picked.

"I love to pick flowers, I do it everyday, but not usually this much." Sparkle Dot explained, her black wings flapping lightly.

Shimmer chuckled, staring at Dot with a certain gaze of fondness and fascination. There was something different about this JMD, her frame was smaller and more compact then her own. And her jewel's didn't have a single trace of color. They were transparent.

"Sparkle dot, forgive me for sounding rude, but you're a youngling, aren't you?" she questioned, raising an eyebrow curiously at her friend. She was slightly stumped that she hadn't noticed earlier, but it seemed obvious now. That would most definitely explain that certain sense of mirth I feel around her... she thought to herself.
