The upcoming weather is warm and sunny, with a small thunderstorm in a few days being the only downfall.
A new thunderstorm was just recently scheduled, so keep an eye on the sky, and stay indoors until the clouds clear.

Countdown to the Summer Sun Celebration: One week

T H E | I N F E C T I ON | I N F O

[ I'm not sure how much you missed, but... here's a recap of what I know is happening.

The storm has got much stronger, so strong that it's unnatural. [I think everybody knows that part.] The storm is being caused by Mjolnir, who's infected. With what I'm not quite sure. [I'm almost positive it has something to do with dark matter and miasmae.] Mjolnir has become Nightmare Storm, and he's corrupting [aka infecting] all the other alicorns and unicorns he can. Five ponies [I think] have been infected already [besides Mjolnir]: Princess Celestia [into Nightmare Sun], Princess Solar Flare [into Nightmare -some noun here-, Spark, Rainbow/Shadow Strike, Snow [into Nightmare Nova]. I'm pretty sure Iris is on their side too.
Dark Fire, Faded Moon, Nyxx, Twilight Sparkle, and Flim are now at Dark Fire's castle. Twilight doesn't seem to be infected, but Flim's still in a trance or something.
Spectrum, Skidding Wheels, and Blossomforth are trapped at Blossomforth's house.
RD, Pinkie, Big Mac, Dawn, Fawn, Holly, Flying Balloons, and Sparkler are still at Fluttershy's. Nightmare Storm has just arrived, and was seeking out Twilight and Flim.
ThunderBolt was working with the lightning last I checked. Applejack was with another pony or two, racing I believe.
Spark [Now Rage-ified] is luring Flame towards her to infect him.

and finally [I think], Thunder left Dark Fire's to search for Serafina, and he was successful.

You probably knew a lot of that but you wanted a recap so I gave you one. x3 ]

WELL THEN.

If you couldn't tell by my recap there, there's a bit of a problem going on in Ponyville.
.....Okay, okay. A BIG problem. Remember all the hate, jealousy, and the miasmae that turned Princess Luna into Nightmare Moon?
WELL, IT'S BACK.

Only it's started with Mjolnir, god of thunder/storms/lighting/etc. He is searching out unicorns and alicorns to turn into Nightmares to rule Equestria with evil. Stupid tyranny.
Right now we're all kinda doomed.

WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED?

Okay, everypony must be confused about the Nightmare/infection/miasmae/dark matter-a-boo.

Ponies of the Old (MORE FANNON FROM ME. WHOOPEE. They're ponies from the Middle Ages) called becoming overtaken by the spirits of evil was treated like a sickness. Alicorns and unicorns were more common back then, so the "Infection" broke out almost every 100 years. e.e I got the "miasmae" idea from a comic called "The True Story" on DA. It kinda reminded me of dark matter and stuff. Dark Fire is responsible for all of this (SHUUUUuuuuUUUUUuuuun!!!), because she actualy has been out to space to collect dark matter. She brought it back. And, while she was studying how to control how it effects gravitational pull, she knocked over the container holding it and it escaped. As it travelled through the air, going all WHOOSH and all that, it slowly earned more magic, and yeah. Then evil spirits from the... Spacial Planes (I DUNNO) saw that this stuff was vulnerable, and took control. Dark Fire realized what was happening, like the god mod she is, annd went after it, but got "infected". You know what happens then.

Mjolnir is the god of... er, storms/lightning/thunder/etc. That's why he was causing the disastrous part of the storm, hence his new name: Nightmare Storm.

The infecting stuff is getting the, well, the infection that Mjolnir has.
Think of it this way: Princess Luna turned into Nightmare Moon out of hate and jealously because of her sister. Well, there's a fannon theory [I think] about miasmae having to do with some of it.
Miasmae is a noxious atmosphere or influence, so whoever is infected is influenced by hate, jealousy, evil, etc.

NOW THEN.
I'm going to add a new section into the other that you should check out when you have time. I'll post the recap there as well. Plus, the ponies infected too. Maybe who will be infected as well, if Daring has any secret evil plans she should share with me. xD

Came from a troubled home; she's a child of one of Faded Moon's friends from school. The family was having issues, and Nyxx was removed from their care. She was given to Faded Moon to raise, and has lived in Canterlot ever since. Nyxx can't remember anything about her family, which often puzzles her.

It happened fifteen years ago. There was very a small outbreak of alicorns turning into Nightmares, like what happened to Princess Luna. The ponies and things all SubElements defeated them, also reviving the ponies who were killed. The Nightmare side of Faded Moon broke away, splitting into two different alicorns. Days later, Faded Moon was revived from the coma she had been put into my her Nightmare side, and regained enough power to take the villain on in battle. Faded Moon experienced guilt while about to destroy the villain for good. She switched spells and turned Nightmare Galaxy into a filly. Her memories have been removed, which is why she can't remember anything about her fake family in the lie that was told to protect her.

The secret has been safe so long, no pony but a various few who know the truth.

But something's gonna happen (possibly) that will show Nyxx who she really is. >:3

"Well, I like girls and boys... So I guess I'm... bi?"

What's your personality?
"Well, I can tell you that I'm not really normal. I'm not just one thing. You can just describe me with the word tomboy or anything. I tend to be really shy when I meet new people and friends, because I don't really know them. I can't even talk right, which why I mostly stay with my old friends. And if you actually become my best friend I'm probably the most loyal friend you could ever have. I'd save you from death, I would pick you right back up when someone pushes you down, and I'll never leave your side when you need me. I use sarcasm a lot though. If you need to laugh, just come to me. Sometimes when I'm in a funny mood I do really stupid things. It's also never a good idea to never insult a good friend of mine, even if your my best friend in the world. I still will take it personally. I guess that's me."

"My mother Pinkie Pie, and my other mother Rainbow Dash, and my accomplice in crime little sister, Spectrum."
She was created by a spell, that Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash asked Twilight to preform.

But for some reason.. . Past Dash seemed to change her mind... instead of liking both mares and stallions, she changed to completely stallions. I was transported to Celestia's castle. She sent me on a mission, back to Rainbow Dash's teenager years to change Rainbow Dash's mind, and make her go back to liking Pinkie Pie. Flying Balloons has to do it, or she will disappear.... for good.

Twilight Sparkle hummed as she and Spike reorganized books. Stacking them into neat piles according to alphabetical order to their subject, not to their first letter of the title, just how she liked it. Spike, the purple dragon, had been awoken rudely from a nap, which he obviously loved doing, yawned and continued putting the books away. Twilight continued to levitate them into her purple magic's grasp, the glow disappearing from the books as they landed soundly in their home on the bookshelves. 
After a fair amount of time, they had finished putting the books away. And right after that fair amount of time, a knock was heard from the door.
Twilight happily trotted to the door, the handle becoming enveloped in a red-pink as the door swung open to reveal... One of the Flim Flam Brothers. She'd forgotten this one's name... He had a confident smile and his face. 
"Uh... What are you doing here?!" she exclaimed, fixing him with a confused look that didn't look too kind. "It's alright, I know that whatever I say won't make a difference. I'll only be in town for a very short while, madame librarian." madame librarian? Now she had nick names?! Growing even more confused, Flim came inside. 
Twilight shook her head to rid it of confusion. "Would you please make your selection and leave?" Twilight said, irritated. "I already have.
"Well, what do you want to take out?"
"The librarian!"
Twilight gave him that same look as before, before turning away. "You're not listening, Marian!" more nick names. "Maaaaaarian." Flim sang. "Madame libraaaaaarian..." Twilight was not amused. "What can I do, my dear, to catch your ear? I love you madly, madly Madam Librarian... Marian." Twilight turned and looked at him. Was this some sort of trick? More confusion for Marian! "You've never heard of The Music Stallion? It's quite the musical, I must say." he whispered into her ear. She pushed him away from herself, not sure how to react. "Heaven help us if the library caught on fire. And the volunteer Hose Brigademen had to whisper the news to Maaaarian...Madam Libraaaarian!"
