Hmm. If my opinion counts for anything, a moon tree is a good idea. Perhaps on the border? And the cat has to sit vigil for a night... or whatever XD))

Silversmoke blinked her yellow-green eyes, trying to decipher Silentstrike's cryptic comment. Maybe she's going somewhere as surrogate leader? She's certainly not just going hunting. "Well," she said, indicating her fish, "are you hungry? I am, but the Clan must be fed first. It's big enough for both of us, if you'd like."

Snowpaw looked across the clearing to where Skystep stood talking to Sparrowsong and Coldblaze. He pricked his ears, straining to hear their conversation. He looked up to Skystep- the calm warrior impressed him- and was glad he had returned to the Clan the previous day. He wasn't sure about his new mentor, Coldblaze. He had loved his previous mentor- Daisypatch, Skystep's sister- but Coldblaze was generally cold and aloof. However, he had seen her fight and knew he couldn't hope for a better instructor. That was the problem.
He thought he heard his name coupled with Coldblaze's and, after a brief hesitation, trotted over to where the warriors stood conversing. "Are we training today, Coldblaze?" he mewed, tilting his head up to make eye contact with his mentor.

Falconswoop noticed Coldblaze and Snowpaw, they seemed to be talking. He shook out his fur before padding over to join them. "Good morning," he mewed softly. He pricked his ears and peered curiously at Snowpaw. "Are you a new apprentice?" he smiled.

Snowpaw blinked, put off his stride by the young tabby warrior's comment. "Um, no," he said. "My dad was Mistswirl, your mentor. You were an apprentice when I was born into the Clan. You watched when I became an apprentice a season ago, during leafbare." Wow, the whole Clan is really out of it right now, he thought.

{Sorry guys, I've been off camping for the last couple of days. I'll try and catch up.}

Coldblaze nodded to Skystep as he came up. Instead of answering the Snowpaw's question as he showed, she put it simply; "Come." The silver she-cat beckoned with her tail as her gray-green eyes met her apprentice's blue, then stiffened slightly as she felt Falconswoop beside her. She blinked twice, thinking it awfully odd that the warrior didn't remember Snowpaw. The silver she-cat dismissed these thoughts with a swish from her fluffy tail, then started padding towards the camp entrance, leaving the young tom to follow, and the rest of the warriors to chat.

Cold was well at swimming, to a cat on the opposite bank, it would have looked like she had glided across. The she-cat climbed out of the water and shook her tail heavily. Even right out of the moat her fur regained it's previous form after a few quick shakes, and as she brought her rough tongue through it she licked down any parts too fluffy. The silver she-cat shifted into a more comfortable position and waited for her apprentice to come.

Snowpaw bounded after Coldblaze, trying to keep up; he had to take three steps every time the silver she-cat took one. He splashed into the frigid moat amd swam effortlessly across, his fur billowing around him. Reaching the far bank, he noted that the mud was frosted pretty solidly for this time of year. He clambered up, his drenched fur streaming water everywhere, and shook himself like a dog, spraying glittering water droplets all over. He carefully shook out his tail. A few quick licks and paw swipes tampered down the spiky areas, and he sat neatly with his paws together, blinking at his mentor. "Well?" he mewed respectfully. "Are we hunting or battle training today?"

Falconswoop blinked and sighed. He shook his head and hissed quietly to himself, "What's wrong with me?" He pawed the ground and decided to go for a walk to clear his head a bit.

Dawnpaw emerged from her den, light glinting off her freshly-groomed fur, and her seafoam green eyes bright. Her fur smelled of mint and honey today, the honey as usual and the mint from the freshly dried herbs she had sorted. She cast a quick glance around the camp, before slipping out and into the moat. Drifting quietly across the water, she emerged out the other side, already deciding that she would take a day off from gathering herbs, having not taken a break in a few days. The herb storage was nearly full, and there was no shortage on supplies at the moment. Shaking out her cocoa brown fur with a brisk shiver, a soft smile crossed her face and she took off at a trot towards the west of the territory.

Sparrowsong smiled at Coldblaze, dipping her head in a hello. "Sorry, lost in my own thought." She meowed softly, standing and stretching her legs out gracefully. She flicked a bit of moss off the tip of her tail, a moment later noticing Coldblaze had already started towards Falconswoop, as she made her way to join them. "Mind if I join you?" she asked them curiously, pricking her dark-russet colored ears.

((I wanted to appologize for my absense. School started last week, band intensified, and the stuff of nightmares emerged; Homework. So, my computer is in the shop, so i will be replying on my broken Ipod, which refuses to let me capitalize, spell check, access half of the symbols, or format my posts, so if my posts are poor quality, that is why. This is made from my desktop, which I do not keep in my room, which means i can only use it during the day... Grr. XD ))

{Since FrostClan is snowy and stuff, maybe the training place could be in a small snowy clearing or something like that? That way, if a battle move goes wrong, they'll be safer? Yeah... school is starting, so you'll see me doing smaller, quicker posts than I normally do.}

Coldblaze showed her claws for a moment, flashing them in front of Snowpaw as she swiped her left paw through the air. This meant battle training. The she-cat then stood and started in the direction of the training area. She had noticed how her apprentice was finding it hard to keep up, so the tabby warrior slowed her pace slightly.
