Omega's and Alpha's will be able to marry/mate when Kate-Humphrey and Garth-Lilly become mates.

You don't have to have a wolf from the movie or another animal.

The packs have the right by their main alpha (Winston is Northern and Tony is Eastern) to have a way to unite the packs which is Kate-Garth.
