Alyano smiled at Ice, padding up to her. "Hello there, I'm Alyano, loner. And who might you be?" His voice was soft and charming, his body language calming.

[Why? Just wondering...? Well, I have Talia, who is apparently not part of the little whosey-whatsit that everyone else is in. rawr.]

[And you couldn't have done that for me? lawl. I can give a good-ish recap... Basically, there are a couple wolves, a couple dogs, and a horse. They meet up and form a sort of 'pack,' although the horse isn't part of it yet. She was injured and the lead dog is trying to help her right now. Speaking of the lead dog, he is Patch, and the lead female is Skye. She's pregnant. Previously, the alpha male of the wolves, Ryuk, took a liking to a newcomer, Snow, and his mate, Ice, is mad at him. Starwhatcher, another male wolf [I'm not sure if he's part of the 'pack;' I can't seem to recall if he joined or not], randomly appeared and took a liking to Snow as well. Ryuk and Starwhatcher almost came to fighting over Snow, but then Starwhatcher kinda disappeared and Ryuk apologized to Ice. The newer newcomer, Alyano, likes Ice, too. Uh... I really don't know how Talia fits in there. It would be way easier if she could just randomly fall from the sky and everyone would act like she'd been there all along, rather than her having to show up and ask to join like the rest of them did. Anyways, it already seems pretty unrealistic that this many dogs and wolves who had never met before just randomly congregated in the same place.]

[Okay, then my previous post was a valid one... I guess he sort of answered my char's question, though, when he introduced himself to Ice...]
Talia sighed gustily. She was getting a bit tired of all of these random wolves showing up, wanting to join the pack, although she did note that it hadn't really been a pack until recently. She had just been living peacefully in her little den in the roots of the redwood tree, at least until those nasty Upwalkers had come and tore down her tree. Then she had met up with the others. Hopefully they would be able to put a stop to this madness. Coming back to the present, she turned to Alyano. "What are you doing here?" she asked.
