"Yes, but as an Alpha, I should think about strengthening the pack, not dillydallying with you Betas. Which by the way, shouldn't you two be working hard as well?" Ayame finished her banter with a tease. She turned toward the river, longing for a nice drink.

Eyolf pounded his feet against the ground now, working hard to follow the scent of a herd of deer. He really needed to start thinking about raising a pup to become the next Alpha, or maybe he should just leave it to Castle. That didn't sound to bad either.

Rogue sighed."I guess so."She watched Castle come with a deer."That's a big catch!"She commented.

[Nyte-]

Castle didnt relise how close he was to the camp untill he heard Rouge's comment. Castle let go of the deer and turned to look at her. He smiled and wagged his tail "Thanks Rouge" he said, limping over to the two slightly. "It caught me in the shoulder, but its no big deal.. Ive had worse" he told them, so they wouldent worry. Then he remembered he didnt do the border check. He cursed himself mentally. "Forgot to patrol.. Rouge want to come?" he asked her, tilting his head slightly, his tail wagging agian.

[spiff]

Rogue said,"Sure!"She got up and trotted over to Castle.She inspected his shoulder."You should see Rose later."

((I have to go in a few minutes))

[nightbeat]

As Rose sorted out the herbs, she realized she was missing cobwebs. "Great," she muttered, "I need to go find cobwebs!"

[Nyte-]

Castle nodded, padding away. At her comment he sighed but nodded "Sure, Ill see if she has anything for a deer kick" he said it sarcasticly and he nudged her slightly with his muzzle while he trotted toward the first border. He yawned agian, still waking up.

"Are still asleep?"Rogue teased.

Kyle yawned and fell asleep.He dreamed about pouncing on his sister and scaring her out of her wits.He laughed slightly in his sleep.

Castle nodded "If I am, this is a preatty good dream" he said and smirked, bounding ahead of her.

Ayame laughed as she watched Rogue and Castle exchange remarks. They certainly made a great pair as Betas. Ayame settled down for a snooze in the sun before going out for a hunt.

Eyolf finally found the deer, then he stopped, he smelled blood, and he saw it too. Eyolf was suddenly on the alert, was there another wolf around? He wondered if it had been one from the pack. He decided to run back to the camp to check it out.

Rogue ran after him and caught up.She ran alongside Castle."So,are we patrolling together or in seperate boundaries?"She asked.
