RD flew off of the cloud, and then folded back her wings, allowing herself to fall freely through the air. She allowed her confidence to swallow up her fear, closing her eyes to adjust to the climax. Then, opening them again, she began to fly much rapidly, allowing her body to be directed with her quickly flicking tail, her ears pinned to her head, and her eyes concentrating on the ground. She felt the mist soon press against her, making her flinch, but didn't allow it to interfere with her fall. You can do this, Rainbow Dash, she encouraged herself. She urged on, and finally, began to have a trail of faint rainbow colors follow after her. "It's coming! It's coming!" she said under her breath, making her go faster, and soon, was on the brink of making a Sonic Rainboom.

Twilight noticed the time on the clock, frowning as she knew what this meant. Flim would have to leave for the Donutstep Shop. She kissed his cheek. "I wish you didn't have to go," she said sadly, but didn't want to hold him back. After all, he needed the money to get his own house. But still, the thought of him leaving saddened her.
