"If you think we're so horrible, why don't you go to Ebonyclan so you can live happily ever after with Blackstorm!" Cinderstar snarled, a deep fire lit in her eyes as she stalked away. It wasn't that she meant it, it was just that she wanted it to hurt.

Stonefang snarled at Cinderstar as she walked out. "You didn't have to be so rude. And I thought you might undersstand her a bit."He got up and padded into the nursery, meowing quietly to Cloverblaze. "It's okay, she didn't mean that. She was just being rude, that's all.

"Maybe I will, because you're no kind of leader!"She yowled after her. She fell silent as Stonefang padded in. "I guess.BUt I meant it when I said she was a terrible leader. I can't wait until she chooses a deputy and looses her lives."

Stonefang looked taken aback slightly, but his voice was calm."You know you don't meant hat."

She shook her head. "Oh, I do. I want my kits to grow up in a good place. Not one with threatening leaders!"

Cinderstar didn't care about anything at this point. Limping all the way to her den, she padded to the farthest and darkest corner and paced, unable to sit or lay down. She could feel a dark presence settling along the clans. Was it because of her? You have caused unnecessary bloodshed. Tawnystar's voice taunted in her head.

Tawnystar beckoned Tuftkit forward with her tail. "Tuftkit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you recieve your warrior name, you will be known as Tuftpaw. Your mentor will be Blackstorm."She blinked at the tom then continued. I hope Blackstorm will pass on all he knows to you."She beckoned hte tom up with her tail. "Blackstorm, you are ready to take on an apprentice. You had recieved excellent training from Snowfang, and you have shown yourself to be brave and strong. You will be the mentor of Tuftpaw, and I expect you to pass on all you know ot Tuftpaw."Se waited for them to touch noses and finish the ceremony, then there were a few more things she would add after.

Blackstorm blinked in surprise and proudly stepped up, touching his new apprentice's nose to his lightly.

{XD Lol, what if Tawnystar used to have a crush on Blackstor, like when they were apprentices? XD It would cause drama for that to be. }

Tawnystar smiled and dipped her head. "Though you haven't done everything as the warrior code says to, I will never doubt your loyalty."She lifted her gaze back to her Clan. "As you all know, we very, very recently had a victorious battle against HeatherClan. But Cinderstar said it wasn't over. So until we know it is safe, I want to continue with three patrols a day. Three cats in each patrol. Even if one or two cats need to go twice. Two regular patrols, and one specifically watching the HeatherClan border for a short while. And every cat has to go out of camp with another. Medecine cats, and apprentices, need to be with a warrior out of camp at all times. I understand that it is alot to ask,and that it will be hard to do, but it is safest and no doubt we'll win the next fight against HeatherClan. And by the next gathering, if the HeatherClan cats do not give us one of the half-Clan kits, we will fight for it."She flicked her tail, ending the meeting.

Stonefang padded into Cinderstar's den. "What's your problem? You didn't have to be rude! She'sa queen, of course she wants the best for her kits! What did you expect?!"

"Im sorry." Cinderstar said, not looking up or breaking her pace.

Stonefang snorted and sat down. "She-cats...."He rolled his eyes. "It's not me you should say sorry to. It's her."

"Shouldn't you go and treat some of our clanmates?" She growled, still not looking up. She stopped pacing, her back to him. "Maybe this won't work after all. If I'm such a terrible leader, maybe I should fix it." She said softly, pain making her body ache.

He sat down and placed his tail over her shoulders. "Where's that detirmined, beautiful leader I know? You're acting different...."

Tawnystar smiled slightly at Blackstorm then turned and crept into her den, laying down and falling asleep in her nest comfortably for the first time in days.
