IcePaw was able to roll over and looked at Fang. Her eyes widened. " Fang!" she yowled quickly getting up and slowly moved closer. Fang's eyes were clouded. " Fang!" IcePaw yowled again trying desperately to wake him. Not caring about her bleeding muzzle or part of her ear was missing and also bleeding. " Fang Please!" she cried sitting down, her head low. " please...." she said resting her muzzle on his neck. Fang coughed. " I-IcePaw...." he said weakly. His brown eyes were looking right at her. " your alive!" IcePaw gasped. Fang shook his head. " barley holding on. We need Shadow. now." he said coughing again. IcePaw looked at DarkPaw, hate glittering in her eyes. " Get. Her. NOW" IcePaw hissed. " GO!" she said before turning to Fang again. " Fang please hang on!" she pleaded.

Darkpaw turned and ran his tial flying out from behind him. He sniffed the air trailing the scent of the one called Shadow. When he saw her he skidded to a halt almost flying past her. "FAng! He's - Hes - He's dying!" Darkpaw finally stuttered out. He could feel his fur sticking out and the blood dyring on it. And the smell of blood all around him. On his pelt. In his mouth. On his claws. Darkpaw shook his head. It didn't help. It only splattered more blood on the ground. Not his though. Fangs.

Shadow looked at him. " Fang?! Dying?...... STONE!" she yowled. Stone appeared. " yes?" he asked. " Get. My. Herbs." she spat. " Yes Shadow." Stone said before turning and bolting off down the dark path. Shadow turned and raced back towards IcePaw, SoulFire following close behind. Once they found IcePaw and Fang. She bounded over. " Fang?" she asked softly nudging him.

Darkpaw followed behind them slower. He watched from behind giving every cat a wide berth. His eyes looked sickened and he neaded the ground with his claws in anxiety. He felt awful. He felt dangerous. He felt sick. He felt strong. He felt like a criminal. He felt powerful.

IcePaw momentarily glanced back at DarkPaw, Surprise glistening in her ice-blue eyes. " what is wrong with you?" she asked, her ears pinned back. She turned to Fang. Stone appeared with a rope in his mouth and was pulling some cardboard behind him, On it was herbs. " now can you keep him awake?" Shadow asked looking to IcePaw and SoulFire. " yes." IcePaw and SoulFire replied. " and you young DarkPaw. Help Stone fetch water and more spiderwebs" she ordered. " you sure Shadow? I mean we can't trust him after what he did to Fang." Stone said speaking up. IcePaw shook her head. " so?! He'll do what he's told!" she spat lashing her tail. " NOW MOVE" she yowled. " yes Boss" Stone said bounding off.

Darkpaw held back a hiss at being told what to do. Then guilt washed over him again and he rembered he was in no position to act aggressive at all. He went after stone and as he watched Stines tail bobbing up and down and his legs moving he thought of something that brought a smile to his lips for just a moment. Stone's words echoed in his head. 'you sure Shadow? I mean we can't trust him after what he did to Fang.' They were scared of him.

IcePaw and SoulFire worked on keeping him awake. While Shadow placed cobwebs and other herbs to his minor wounds. Then she set to work on his stomach. " hang in there Fang....." IcePaw mumbled to her friend. Fang winced and Fang placed cobwebs on his stomach. " eh, I've been worse, don't worry I'll be fine...." he mumbled. " It's DarkPaw i'm worried about, he seems to like being tough and aggressive. I don't want to cause any trouble." he said sighing as the herbs started to ease the pain. Stone found some water and was handing it to DarkPaw. " Come on! Move it! I still have to find Cobwebs and your standing there with that stupid grin on your bloody face!" he spat. " Have heart. You've crushed the only one that EVER cared about you! I mean IcePaw cared ALOT about you. And What will your Clan think of you? almost Killing a cat for no reason! What's the Glory in that? " he added. " Now wipe that smirk off your face before I do it for you!" he snarled lashing his tail. He turned and bounded down alleyway in search of cobwebs.

Darkpaw narrowed his eyes as Stone sped away. He was still grinning. He couldn't seem to stop. So he picked up alot of moss to cover it. He grabbed it tasting its earthy taste as he ran back to where Fang lay.

IcePaw sighed. " I guess your right." she said softly. SoulFire gently touched her shoulder with her paw. " Aww cheer up. He was mad that's all." she said smiling. " you always seem to make this sweeter SoulFire" IcePaw said smiling. Shadow looked as she heard foot steps. " Blade!" she yowled.

Darkpaw appeared a moment later holding the ball of moss. He stood an awkward distance away from the rest of the cats.
