Hawkstar made it back to camp and took Oakdust right to the medicine cats den. She laid him down in a nest and looked around. "Honeyberry?" she called.

Sunstar looked around. She spotted the StromClan leader and padded over. She dipped her head. "Hello. I have been informed by StarClan that this is going to be a harsher winter than ever before. I need to talk to you." She looked around. "In private."

IvyLeaf and Darkstorm woke up. But darkstorm felt a throbbing in his head and hadnt gotten much sleep. IvyLeaf padded to the entence of camp and yawned," Oh! Ill go hunting! "

It was dawn. Tree Face was just sending out dawn patrol. Green Gaze roused herself in to denicine den and forced herself to check on Jaguar Paw. She got some catmint and went into the apprenitices den. Jaguar Paw was moaning. Green Gaze chewed the catmint so he could swallow it. She out it on his lips.
"My throat is sore. I can't swallow." moaned Jaguar Paw.
"You can do it. Do it for your brother, Long Paw. He needs you!" murmured Green Gaze. Jaguar Paw heard this and forced himself to swallow. Long Paw was staying in the medicine den because Green Gaze didn't want him to sleep next to a sick cat.
"Is he ok? Is he dead?" mewed Long Paw, who wwas so skinny that you could see all twelve ribs.
"He is fine. Don't worry. Just keep on dooing your duties." mewed Green Gaze.

"Yes, Sun Star. As you can see, I am not blind. But look outside. The fresh kill pile is not that small. The cats are not starving." mewed Silver Star, very annoyed by Sun Star, who he thought had just came to tell him there was a blizzard outside.
"Anyway, you said Star Clan came to tell you something?" mewed Silver Star.
