Leafpaw nodded, "It's okay. I'm Hungarian. I'm doing good so far, how about you?" He asked, glancing over at her.

She looked down and sighed. "As good as I will ever be...." She was having some strange thoughts lately, about what she wants to be and who she is. "I'm ok." She said, her bright but honest blue eyes blinking slowly as she stared at him. He fur was rufled by the wind and she clenched up in the cold.

He blinked as he watched her clench up. "It is pretty cold out here" he said, shivering a bit.

She nodded and closed her eyes. She gently swayed with the wind, letting the cold air calm her. "So deadly yet claming, sweet but sharp....Its like life. Sweet but sometimes lethal." She opened her blue eyes and smiled.

Brightlaw padded over to the other apprentices, older than she was and waved her tail hello.

Nightstar began to prepare patrols

Leafpaw smiled at Mintpaw, and looked over at Nrightpaw, dipping his head. "Hello!" He said, smiling.

Mintpaw sat quietly, watching them socialize. All of them. She looked down. She couldn't believe what she was feeling and how she was feling. She leaned over and bit her leg. HARD. Blood welled up from the wound as she scolded herself. She could never be a true medicine cat if she felt this way.
