Fireflight nodded sympathetically. "I miss my Mom too, well actually I never knew her..." she shuffled her paws a bit after saying that. It was true, her mother had died right when she was born and the leader found her mewling on the forest floor. Fireflight shook her head to clear away the thought.

Fireflight stroked the baby's head with her right paw. "It's okay young one. Please don't cry." she said as she looked to the sky seeing a star looking as if it was winking. "Look! Aren't the stars pretty?" Fireflight mewed.

Fireflight didn't know what to do as she glanced at the baby. She twitched her whiskers, deep in thought as she tried to think of something.
