(( Thanks! ~ <3 By the way, did you forget the medicine cat in the ranks? Maybe i'm missing something, but I just kept noticing it wasn't there. x"D ))
With the early morning sun still creeping towards the treetops, Wolfsoul padded through the forest and headed for camp, a pair of intricately-patterned birds hanging from his long muzzle. It wasn't all that necessary to go hunting so early in the morning, especially alone, but it was a habit Wolfsoul had made to wake up in the dawn twilight and head out as the sun rose to catch the early birds. 'Lone wolf' was too cheesy of a label in Wolfsoul's opinion, and not completely accurate to boot, but such behavior did bring up these kinds of cliche themes. Slipping through the earthen cover, Wolfsoul turned his head as his paws met the well-worn earth of camp, just noticing a group of cats disappear out the main entrance. A look of disappointment flickered across his expression as he noticed Angelspirit among him, and he sighed around his kills. He would've liked to be on that patrol, but it was probably for the best that he'd missed it.... wouldn't want to hear anything from Jaggedstar about the shine he'd taken to his sister. He shook his head as he walked towards the fresh-kill pile, ears lowering and lifting in imagined embarrassment as his exhale came out in a snort. Besides, he really should be working with his apprentice. He opened his muzzle and let the birds drop onto the pile, then strode over to the apprentice's den, standing in front of it with his head pointed forward in a lean. "Berrypaw, are you up yet?" he called out quietly, knowing most cats weren't as active this time of morning, especially lazing apprentices.
