Spirit raised her head as Sam flopped into a chair cooed at her. It was late now, and she could tell that both of them were tired, but she was too worried about Kye to sleep. Even though she didn't have an especially close bond with Kye, Sam's worry was seemingly contagious. Spirit turned her head slightly to look out the window.

Zen shrugged. "Who, Sam?" She scratched behind her ear. "Oh, well she's very nice. She lets me venture out. Of course, I return. You don't seem to like humans. Why is that?" She grinned. "I could show you Sam, if you want. You'd understand why I love her so much!" She suddenly returned to her bubbly mood, jumping up, her tail wagging. She was optimistic that Alaura would come with her back to see Sam.

Sam looked over to Spirit, sighing. "I know Spirit, I know. We just have to keep hoping. Kye is a Shaymin that is sure to find her way back. We just have to believe in her." She put her head on the table. Her eyes were fluttering open and shut each every five minutes. Time was ticking, and it was, seemingly, at least 10:00.
