Hareflight laughed under water, the bubbles rising to the surface. SHe tried to swim closer to her friend but she didn't have enough air in her lungs. SHe kicked to the surface and looked around, were was the little devil? she smirked.

Scorchedpaw nodded his icy blue eyes watching her as she moved towards the fresh-kill pile. After he had finished moving the moss he followed and sat next to her. He wanted to comfort her but he did not know how.

Cricketstar crossed the river, the cool water lapping at her golden-brown fur. SHe turned back to see if Flopwhisker was still there

Frostpaw smiled at her friend as he sat down next to her. She looked down at her mouse tearing into it before seeing light brown paws standing in front of her. "Hi Mosspaw." She meowed looking up at her brother who seemed to be growing very quickly these days. He looked like he could be a full warrior with his few prominent scars long legs wide chest and shoulders and a large bunched mass of muscles to top it off. She felt small next to him and always felt safer when he was around.

"Ready to clean out the elders den?" He asked cheerfully his bright green eyes sparkling. He was sad about Yewstar but he was still buzzing about fighting the new comers. He had the female pined fast. Even though they weren't really a threat it was just nice to feel like he was doing something for his clan.

"Oh well. Actually Scorchedpaw helped me." Frostpaw meowed flicking her tail towards him. She watched as Mosspaw glanced a him. "Oh Really? Well thanks. I guess." He meowed looking slightly offended.

Maseolvic-post one-location-his den

Maseolvic planted his mud-coated paws on a smooth and cool rock that lied in-front of his den of which he made next to the roots a large willow tree. he sat there in the morning light for quite sometime,enjoying the cool breeze that swept over him. He rolled his broad shoulders and pulled his head back in a yawn, and turned back to his den, sleep was tempting to him, but he was far to restless to sit around on this wonderful morning.

Raggedpaw spotted Cricketstar and Flopwhisker upstream. The calico she-cat slid back under water and glided silently towards them. Her small paws moved against the current and her bat-like ears told her they had not yet spotted her. Just them, a fish whipped by. Her teeth flashed and she had it limp in her jaws. Then, she popped out of the water on Flopwhisker's side. "Did I surprise you?", she mumbled happily through her mouthful of fish.

(( Thorny and Hareflight are willing subjects. They're at the river. ))

Thornflight watched Hareflight resurface and stealthily swam around behind her. He burst out of the water, showering the she-cat with droplets while mewing "Boo!"

Flopwhisker followed Cricketsong, relaxing in the cool silkiness of the river. He nearly jumped out of his skin when Raggedpaw popped up beside him. "Of course not," he replied in an attempt at haughtiness to cover his embarrasement. He finally gave up and offered the young calico a smile. "Okay, maybe just a little."

Raggedpaw's giggled. Proud that she had been able to sneak up on her mentor. "I caught a fish!" Her golden eyes glowed. She turned to Cricketstar, a smile still on her face. "Do you guys want it?" She plopped the large fish on the shore so the older cats could have it.

Maseolvic jumped off of his rock and gave his paws a quick lick before sprinting out toward the sun and forest, his paws becoming a blur as he sped along a clump of bracken, energy filling his veins.
