Iceleaf wanted to hear the meeting, but was busy licking her newborn kits.

Featherpaw nudged Moonleaf. " Dont stress her, go listen to the meeting. " She said alittle stubbornly as she commanded Snowfur to push.

Hawkfeather slowed so she could win. He got the the tree and panted. "You won!"

Riverpaw followed Featherpaw. "Is there anything I can do to help?" he asked again.

Snowfur abayed and before she knew it, the first kit was born.

Featherpaw pushed the first kit toward Riverpaw and smirked. " Yeah, lick this kits fur the wrong way please, quick. " She told him, then nodded. " Your doing good Snowfur, give me another push. "

Petalnose slowed, looking over her shoulder at Hawkfeather. " I know you let me win. " She purred, tackling him.

Featherpaw pushed the first kit toward Riverpaw and smirked. " Yeah, lick this kits fur the wrong way please, quick. " She told him, then nodded. " Your doing good Snowfur, give me another push. "

Petalnose slowed, looking over her shoulder at Hawkfeather. " I know you let me win. " She purred, tackling him.

Riverpaw was taken aback by her smugness. But he licked the kit until it was dry. He place it next to it's mother.

Snowfur's final kit slid onto the ground. She was exausted and tired.

Hawkfeather batted her off playful. "Why don't we head to the lake?"

Featherpaw sighed with relief. " You did great. " she told Snowfur. " Thanks Riverpaw for helping out. " she mewed, then went back into the medicine den.

Petalnose tilted her head. " Sure, but i dont feel like swimming. " She turned and headed to the lake.

Riverpaw was going to follow her, but decided not to.

Snowfur sighed a sigh of relef. But, she wasn't done yet, She had to tell the father.

When they emerged from the trees, the lake was lit up pink and orange and red and yellow and the sun was like a fireball in the sky. "It's amazing!"

Petalnose's eys glimmered with amazement as she stared a the wonderful image infront of her. " Its beautiful! " She exclaimed, sitting down and enjoying the sight of the lake.

Featherpaw sat in the corner of the medicine den, sorting herbs and keeping an eye on Shadowheart, she wondered if there was anything else she could do but sit around, she played around with the herbs with her paw on accident, she gasped and fixed them, walking back out of the den.
